Yoko smiled at Mizuumi's comment until Miete walked over to him. "I didn't do anything to hurt Kuronue. He was my best friend and I never would have hurt him."

Miete glared at him, "I can't beleive you, you always were a good lier. I can't believe you. You did betray partners before... like Yomi..." She attacked Yoko without so much as a change in her voice, but he dodged just in time.

((The arrow that Mizuumi shot is designed to freeze the victim, not actually slash through the victim and kill it.))

"Woah!"

Jamie, having had regained her sight, had been in the process of putting Kuwabara back on solid ground when the amassed amount of energy from Mizuumi and Chi's beasts blew into them. Jamie lost her grip on Kuwabara's arm and hurtled through the air, both arms up once more. As she flew, she couldn't help remembering how it felt to slam into the ground, the loud thud and sharp pain. Then...fwump. She landed on something...soft? Not the ground? She opened one eye cautiously and blinked in surprise. She had landed on...Yuusuke? And, under him, groaning pitifully, who else did she see but Kuwabara! "Ack!" She got off them hurriedly, saying,"Sorry, sorry! Are...are you guys alright?"

Kuwabara groaned again and pushed Yuusuke off him. "Ugh, my head...I think I'm okay, though...."

"That's good. Now then..." Jamie looked about to see if any of her weapons were in reach. This time luck was on her side, as both her knives and her borrowed sword were in arm's reach! The blast must have knocked them both back along with everyone else! She reached over and picked up her knives, sheathing them before retrieving the sword.

((Since I'm on dictionary.com anyway...vied=To strive for victory or superiority; contend. I'm sorry, I couldn't help it. xd The word, it just stuck out, mocking me.))

Miete noticed the arrow and jumped to the side just in time, "I thought I told you to stay out of this girl. It has nothing to do with you, it's not your battle." Miete charged at Yoko again with her sword.

Yoko stared at Miete, 'How did Miete find out about Yomi, but that was a whole different time, under different circumstances.' "I never betrayed Kuronue, he was my friend, Yomi was killing my men..., and I didn't kill him." he pulled out his rose whip blocking the sword before it could slice him.

~*Mizuumi POV*~

~Well, a lot of nerve she's got!~ I sprinted my way across the field and skidded to a halt kicked up some dust in the process. The particles of dirt flew up in the air and covered my view. I heard some coughs here and there but I simply stood there. I lashed out my fans and with one sweep I blew away all the dust and revealed myself standing there with vicious look blazing in my eyes. "And I say, if you're trying to kill the guy that saved my a** twice, then yes, it's pretty much MY business." I lashed at her with my fans but she dodged and jumped into a tree and cleverly concealed herself. ~Damn she's quick. Well, I can play like that too. Heh heh heh . . . twisted ~ I disappeared into the wind and awaited for her to reveal herself first.

~*Chi's POV*~

After slicing and dicing some pathetic lower level demons I heard some other demon say, "I highly suggest you all hurry." His voice was taking on the tone of a maniacs and it caused me to twinge slightly at the course sound of it. He continued, only this time he seemed even MUCH MORE insane if possible. He said in his sick tone, "Because your little halfling friend is about to die!" He pointed to the plummeting body of the hanyou, and was laughing manically. ~THAT NO GOOD LITTLE! scream At this rate I don't think anyone can get to him on time. Wait, I'll call out Chouchou! I just hope she gets there on time!~ I clasped my hands together and a green aura emitted around me acting as a shield. "Face of Earth, hear my cry, send forth my pet, make her fly!" An emerald light exploded through the barrier like with Tora only this time an enormous butterfly made of leaves and vines burst out and headed in the hanyou's direction. It positioned itself right under it and he fell right on her. ~Oh thank goodness! Oh, woah, I'm feeling dizzy . . . @.@~ I collapsed onto the floor panting heavily. ~ God I knew that'd take energy out of me but not THIS much!~

~*Mizuumi's POV*~

Some demons started to wander aimlessly around me and I thought, ~She must be telling them to find me. But if I attack I'll reveal my position.~ A demon was randomly slashing it's claw around and it slashed at my back. ~DAMN!~ I fell to the ground but thankfully was still concealed. I clenched my jaw so not to give away my position. I hovered quickly over to Yoko and Chi but little did I know that I was trailing some blood. I quickly got over there and I saw Chi collapsed on the ground and was almost unconscious and Yoko was trying to get a collar off the hanyou. ~Chi, I'm in the wind right now. Some girl is after me and I need to stay like this before until she shows herself first.~

~*Chi's POV*~

A couple of demons came running towards me thinking I couldn't defend myself. Well, they were wrong. It was a struggle but I lifted my hand and it glowed with a green aura. Then, some roots popped up from the ground causing the demon in front to trip, then the demon behind to trip on it. I got a telepathic message from Mizuumi saying she was concealed again and I replied, ~Well, I just sent out Chouchou and I Yoko's trying to get that collar off the hanyou.~ I used to roots to trip some more demons while waiting for her reply. With the energy I had left, it was all I could do. ~Yes I can see that, you know you might want to get the one demon behind you.~ She said. I turned around and saw another demon charging at her. She used another attack but this time with whips and choked the demon to death.

Ashira looked to Keshoto and gasped, covering her mouth, "Hiei.. why is that guy after Keshoto...?"
