Misha remained where she is, trying to suppress the shock she had when Claus jumped up and stood about a few steps away from her.
She hid her monocle inside her corset and brought out a fan.
"My my, impatient , are you? Of course there are others out there who eats humans' flesh. Let say, me. Duh."

"Even my broken arm?" Heath smiled. "No thank you. I'm not going to take that and turn around." He raised his good arm and patted his other arm. "I have a good reason for not going back."

Heath chuckled. "No contract, no answers. HAHA!! Right back at you! Man, I've been waiting for you to ask me that." He then cleared his voice, and stared at her.

her eyes softened at him.
"you have a lot of courage young one. and for that you may pass. you also have my respect and my protection. if you need anything ask me." she told him, removing her foot from him and then using it to help him to his feet.

Heath was dumbfounded, rather than being happy.
"Huh? Thats it? Wow, you seriously are against violence huh?" He grabbed her feet gently and pulled himself up. "No gimmicks? Like, someone will come out and say 'You're on TeeVee!' right?"

She let out a light laugh and nuzled him a bit with her beak
"no little one. you are free to pass but before you do you need all your strenght in case you come across Neyomi." she told him kindly.

Claus closed his eyes, integrating himself with the game piece and taking control. The Claus that Misha could see would change to have sharpened teeth, claws, yellow slitted eyes, and tanned skin. The physical body reflected the original perfectly now, "Unexpected, I haven't come out like this for several hundred years." He tucked the crowbar under his arm and smiled, showing off his pearly whites, "I saw that you had an interest in my game piece, and not a very amicable one at that. I would like to request that you leave him alone."//

Misha saw the change clearly, and stood up slowly. She straightened her body and stretched up her arms. "Game piece huh? If you hadn't come out, naturally I would leave that alone." She was half-surprised to see the change, obviously. It wasn't everyday that her victims suddenly transformed into another.
But this, she was expecting it.
"I found an interesting toy, and I am not planning to keep quiet." Misha slide open her lace fan and smiled.
"Nice set of teeth you have there."

Heath glanced at the bird and Kari. "So it wasn't really over huh?Ah man, its like playing Monopoly."
When the bird brushed against his cheek, he felt warm.
Maybe its the feathers, Heath thought.

the bird smiled at him.
"against me your fight is over small one, but I can not speak for Neyomi. I warn you though. she's not one to be angered unless you wish for a fight, and she fights for blood. If you aren't carefull she'll take all of you blood and leave you for dead. you'd never make it back to your body. esentually you die, no heven no hell. nothing." she said kindly and wisely.
