Ellie stopped following the owl with her eyes and looked over at Kyo. "Well, he's very cute. Does he have a name? And what's your name?" she asked. Then she quickly said, "Ah, whoops. I'm supposed to say my name first before asking, aren't I? Anyways, I'm Ellie Carrasquillo."
As Travis thought, Karla looked around the Ball Room. It was so big and beautiful.

Travis sighed inwardly. His dad had always told him that women liked men who could dance, and he was worried that his non-existant skills would scare Karla off, but he couldn't see anything else to do... "Um, Karla, would you like to dance?" he said.

Karla looked back over to Travis, kinda surprised by the offer of dancing. She nodded, "Y-Yeah."

Levi walked to the ball room and saw two people there but he diodn't care he sat down way away from them and laid his head of a table and sat there.

"His name is Strider" he said as the owl came and landed on the boy's shoulder. "And I am named kyo nakamura" he said with a smiel putting his hand out for her to shake hands.

Ellie put her hand out and shook hands with Kyo. "Nice to meet you," she said.
Karla waited, looking down at her feet. She hoped she wouldn't get too nervous and step on his foot or something as they danced.
