The Avengers: 7/10 My first Marvel movie aside from the first two Spider-Man films. I know nothing about these guys. I wasn't really sure what to make of it at first, and it was kind of hard to identify anyone at the beginning. (I had no idea who Hawkeye was till the end.) Definitely not a good movie for a first-timer. But the storyline, effects, etc. were all really great! I really liked Phil, Thor and Bruce/The Hulk. :3
X-Men Origins: Wolverine: 8/10 First X-Men movie I've ever seen. Wolverine is such a badass. I really love this movie! The effects and storyline were awesome, and even the funny scenes had me laughing. I'm not sure how I feel about the whole
betrayal thing with Kayla and the entire ending.... I mean really, wtf?
X-Men: First Class: 7/10 This was a pretty good movie. The effects are good but I'm not really sure I liked the storyline entirely. I liked Erik/Magneto but I don't really like Charles/Professor X.
Once Upon a Forest 4/10 Do not watch unless you want to make fun of it. lol

emotion_8c I love Once Upon a Forest.
Prometheus (AN IMAX 3D EXPERIENCE) - 8.5/10
Really solid sci-fi film. Main complaint is that they put too many characters in the movie, and didn't bother introducing them. The plot part of the movie was a little weak, but it looked awesome, the acting was good, and I love the Aliens saga so...yeah.

Arthur - 7/10
It was alright. It seemed to me like Russell Brand was basically just being himself in this film.

Tower Heist - 8.5/10
I found it pretty good. The cast seemed to be just right. It has it's funny moments, thankfully i never found a scene to be dull and it kept my attention.
Prometheus: 7/10 Some of the beginning scenes went too fast without explaining much. The plot twists were pretty cool though.
I wish the captain didn't die, though. He was my favorite. cry
Stir of Echoes: 9/10 EEEEEEEEEEEEEE. I LOVE THIS MOVIE. Somewhat of a horror, but more of a mystery. Kevin Bacon's voice annoys me, though. And he should keep his shirt on. >:|
Noroi: The Curse: 9/10 This was really good! The whole thing was like a documentary, shaky camera parts and all - which really annoys me but whatever - and the plot was not what I expected at all. It was pretty freaky too, which was good.

The Amazing Spiderman - 8.5/10
It wasn't amazing like the title suggest but it was pretty good. I would have wished for a lot more Emma Stone though. Andrew Garfield played a very good awkward teen and he seemed to fit the Spiderman mold nicely. There were some stuff in the movie that made me scratch my head though but i'll let you figure it out when you check it out 3nodding
why must uncle ben die again?! crying

Safe House 7/10 Pretty good movie, and it was nice to see Ryan Reynolds in a serious/action movie for once, instead of a brainless comedy. I think he did a really good job. But it felt like there came no end to the movie.
The Woman In Black - 7/10 It's nice to see "Harry Potter" in another movie. But I think it's going to be hard for Daniel Radcliff that people will not see him as Harry Potter anymore. Other than that, the movie had some serious scary moments.
Hercules - 7/10 Second time watching it. I really like the songs in this disney movie.
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo 8/10 A bit boring at times, and it was a nice remake on the original movie I guess. It had some really nasty moments in them.
God Bless America ******** hilarious. OH MY GOD.
The Raven 6.8/10 Not bad for a John Cusack movie. I think it did a good job, he played his role good, as Edgar Allen Poe who thought his poems and stories deserved more views and popularity.

The Dark Knight Rises - 10/10
Just amazing. It really just depends on your take on the first 2 films and I enjoyed them and this one had a lot to live up to and for me it didn't dissapoint. I'm glad they continued right off the bat from the last film and 8 years had past since the previous one.
Bane was a different villain for Batman to face just because he was bigger and much stronger and he was very intelligent. Anne Hathaway redeemed herself in my eyes with her portrayal of Catwoman. And Justin Gordon-Levitt played his role well too
when that lady asked him why he doesn't use his first name which was robin, & then how he inheirited the batcave, it felt like a foreshadow for his own movie? nightwing surprised
Also
that ending was so similar to avengers and sherlock holmes 2 but it was able to run away with it cause it made sense and was the right move
It's 2hrs and 45min and for some that might not sit well (no pun intended) with some people though.

The Dark Knight Rises - 10/10 Everything Edmel said. 4laugh
Jiro Dream Of Sushi - 8/10 A Docu-movie about a master-sushi-chef. Interesting and fun to watch when you love Sushi or like the Japanese culture.
The Grey - 5/10 Dissapointed. I expected much more from the Grey, and from Liam Neeson.
Snatch - 9/10 Jason Statham. heart British movie, with a brilliant Brad Pitt.
Machine Gun Preacher - 6/10 I was expecting a comedy. But it wasn't. Boring movie with Gerald Butler.

Batman Begins - 9.5/10
The batman franchise reboot started off on a fantastic note. Starts us off with a little backstory on Bruce Wayne's fear of bats to his parents murder and then to his journey to gain experience and train himself to fight crime.
It felt weird watching this again just because the characters were so "young" so to speak. Scarecrow was an okay nemesis, but we know the better ones come in the sequel but he served his point well.
I loved how in the end, they already planted the seeds for The Dark Knight with Gordon telling batman about some vigilante who left his calling card, who was the Joker.
Oh shiiiiiiiiit. If you have yet to watch the trilogy, for some odd reason, it's worth watching this movie and making your way to the next one.
I didn't realize that a lot of the somewhat "main" characters in this movie actually played different roles in the next one. i.e. gordon's partner, michael crane/scarecrow as a schizo

The Man From Nowhere - 8.5/10 The movie is about Tae-shik an ex-special agent whose tragic past has made him distance himself from the world. He now lives in solitude and runs a small pawnshop. He isn't very talkative either, but this doesn't surprise me -- I think this is typical asian? Hahaha. Anyway, It's a really good movie!

Battleship - 7/10 Not bad, not bad at all. Tho, I'm not sure if I like Rihanna as an actor or not.
Anastasia: 7/10 Actually pretty dark for a children's movie. I mean, Rasputin was a zombie! I hate the fact that it's pretty much a musical, though. One or two songs is fine, but too many gets pretty annoying, especially when it's a whole city singing. emotion_eyebrow Also, I honestly can't believe some people think she survived that massacre. She didn't. Two bodies were found not far away from the palace a few years ago, and was positively identified as her and Alexei a year after. It was in the news, people!

The Avengers - 9/10 Humor, Action, A liiiiiiitle bit of romance, and good looking men. The perfect action movie, with a good story. I really, really, REALLY loved the movie. I mean, really.
The Descendants - 8/10 A drama, with a bit of humor. It's a pretty relaxing music with a hawaiian touch, and I liked to see George Clooney in a movie again where he didn't play some sexy macho bloke or whatever. If you like a simple movie without action, and feel like getting emotional at times. Then this is the movie to watch.
Shawshank Redemption - 9/10 Never watched this movie before. But it's such a good movie! Just woah!

Dark Shadow - 5/10 Boring as ******** Depp isn't that interesting anymore.
