He can form a sword out of his arm. It's the opposite of the Earl's sword, though they look identical.

When his arm is activated, Allen is able to summon a sword, that can exorcist the evil in someone, like the Noah inside Tyki, or an akuma, but it can't hurt humans. The sword is the opposite of Millennium's own weapon.

When she drinks her innocence, it exits through her ankles, leaving cross shaped cuts on her leg, and an anklet like innocence now named Crystal type innocnce.

It went through her body and formed a weapon with her blood. They're stronger and they react to her thoughts, although there could be some side effects such as it draining her life. ((I don't remember if they actually found out any definite side effects. xD;; ))
