balmik Merriara balmik Merriara fights with my mom. she's horrible. all i did was tell her to go (which was perfectly legal.....) we were going to school, and we come to a crossways. my mom is going straight and a cop car is turning. I tell her "you can go" and she freaks out. she ends up screaming at me for the rest of the ride and after the football game, I can't spend the night at Rachel's house. I clearly told her that I was going to spend the night, but my mom though I didn't and started bitching again. and then I thought about it and got really psychological....and depressed...and ended up crying in the shower. *gives you a hug* I wish there was something I could do to help you. sorry....unless you can tell me why my mom always takes it out on me and not my brother or my sister?....but then again, I think I know the answer. Why do you think she does? because I am her miracle child and youngest. she puts all of her hopes on me. and expects me to be popular, perfect, pretty, and make perfect grades. to be talented and polite is mandatory. .........and she was born in China...me in america. we have too many differences. she just doesn't understand how I feel and she tries to make me do the things that she never got to do. swimming, gymnastics, karate, piano, after school classes, and lots of other stuff. T^T it's like she's trying to live through me and control my life.

Maybe you should talk to her about it. and if she just yells over me and becomes stubborn and childish?? when we (my brother and myself) get into fights with our parents, there is always going to be the words (either one or both of theses lines) "get out of my house, I'm kicking you out" or "Don't call me Mommy!! I'm not your mom anymore!!" and stuff like that....."you're no son of mine" "get out" "go away" *slamming doors* tears, and raised voices are experienced in this house every 2 weeks.
