The summon of darkness that has one of the cooler looking and sounding summoning sequences but sadly does not get much use as most of the enemies towards the end of the game are resistant to dark attacks.

The white mage who likes strage things (such as that hat) and has a baby dragon following him around for no reason. He's lived for 800 years, and is very knowledgable about what is happening in the story. He's also very hard to find. Once found by the heros, which he had predicted they would come to him, he greets them and lets them stay the night. He explains to them how the crisis they are tryig to stop came to be, and gives them a clue about what they need to do next. Upon their leaving, he gives them a magic potion that should help them out in their quest. He has a big brother attitiude, and is very patient and hard to anger.
(sorry, i am stressed. writing stuff like this helps me destress. >.> )

The uppity rich son of some Duke or another who seems to have a pet cat that loves him to bits even though he hates it. He eventually gave up trying to get rid of it. In order to meet the Duke, he needs rescuing. While the hero looks for him, the pet cat guides the hero back to him.
