I think it needs something more than the restaurant to make it more unique.

That and the shop inside the town shouldn't have it's own huge banner where the place does not. Also, we don't use average currency here.

wat ukyo says is true. We dont use average currency here. and to add to wat Fanatic said, I think maybe the bar could be on the river and have exotic dancers i mean.. entertainment.

I think the first thing that needs to go is the menu. If he made the name of the town have it's own line even then it would be good. The town itself isn't too bad, but it's formatted incorrectly and there's too much emphasis on the one shop. Looks more like an advertisement than an area.

true that. maybe the town should be hit by a tornado once every year. lol and i think that maybe the whole bar shud go... it might be a little bit too much

I'm not sure if the tornado thing is enough. It should be like a slummer town or something like that. That would make it unique.
