"It's perfect," Zack whispered back to her. It's exactly what he's always wanted to hear and finally... finally, he heard it. From the one he most wanted to hear it from to. He almost melted to her words. He held her in his strong rms as she rested her head on his chest. He sighed happily as he was sure she probably heard his calming heartbeat and deep breaths. "I love you," he whispered into her ear.

Then with her in his arms, Zack fell into a deep, happy sleep.
((dream sequence))
He saw her and him in a field of flowers, carressing each other like they'd been in the bed....but... something felt odd, felt different. He looked down, his arms were pumped to their full extent... a knife was held in his left hand. Her neck bled blood down her back... He'd killed her, just as he had his father. He quickly released her dead, but still warm body and backed away. The sky began to darken and the flowers seemed to all die similtaneously. everything went to the draker nuetral colors. He saw a flash of lightning to his left, a tornado to his right and his dead girlfriend in front of him. He saw her blood begin to create a form as it flowed out of her body. The laws of physics didn't apply and her blood flaoted upward to create a mirror image of her face... but red. The shiny red seemed to make him want to cry worse than ever, knowing he'd killed her. He fell to his knees in the dead dry soil. 'I loved you, why did you kill me Zack? Why?' her voice came from the bloody reimage of her face. He heard a voice that sounded like his own and resonated from him, but seemed much darker and rougher, "Because you annoyed me, maybe you won't annoy me next time, see you in h*ll," his 'voice' said. He dropped the knife and fell to the ground, the knife pointing upward, it was about to pierce his skin, when everything stopped. The tornado stopped spinning, the lightning froze in mid-bolt the bloody head spoke once more, "You will not have the pleasure of killing yourself," it said as the knife moved up three inches, aiming now just above his heart. Time started again, and he finished his fall, but because of the bloody head it missed his heart. He coughed and sputtered out blood, but didn't die. He flipped over laying face-up on the dead soil. The bloody head faded away and all that was left was his dead girlfriend, the knife 3 inches above his heart, and him. As always he was left alone. The storm was the only thing there to comfort him.

((Yes, he'd probably mumble and toss and turn, so make him do what you think is best in the real world, but at least fall asleep for a few seconds in hapiness, it allows the peak to be higher and the fall to be greater.))

Zack slowly opened his eyes' hs breatheing was shallow and fast. "I'm so sorry, I-I... You don't annoy me, It was a dream, I-I don't know... You-I," he stopped speaking. The dream was still vivadly flashing threw his mind. Her dead body, the knife, her blood on his hands. His mind was as clear as mud.

((Would you care if I slowly gave him multiple personality disorder? giving him an eviller inside... you know like one that killed his father and protects him,))

Zack laid against Maddy and just tried to release the whole dream, he didn't want it in his head anymore or at all. He just wanted it to go away. "Thank you," he whispered to her as he relaxed on her.

"You always are," Zack cooed. She was amazing. He felt a darkness rising in him and remembered the dream all to well. Something was happening, he just couldn't tell what. This thing was annoying him. ((We really need to get out of the bedroom somehow. We'll run out of things to do. I know how to make it morning, wake up, and start the next 'day', all romantically, but then it's figureing out where to go, or how to cause drama.))
