I wake up at 0943 no matter how long i've been asleep unless it is less than an hour or it exceeds nine hours. I need an alarm to wake on when i want to or i'll lay in bed till previously stated

My alarm is located close to my bed on a shelf...if I did not have the effort to start the day I could fall backwards after hitting the alarm and land on my bed...
