Nico could feel herself becoming for hostile. "Kuraime," she said looking back at her apprentice. "Prepare for battle, clean your sword, sharpen your skills, learn how to really use your power." Then Nico placed her blade in front of her and grinned. "I want you to get more people here, we need a squad meeting. As it is my job to make sure you shinigami train well. get everyone down here as soon as possible. Don't come back with no one, or you will be banned from this squad." Nico put her sword back into her shealth. "GO!"

Loki was just outside the Vice Captain's office in the woods near it, walking around lazily and yawning. He had just been woken up from his nap up in the trees by a whole lot of commotion and he wasn't even fully awake yet, because of the fact that he was pretty much a deep sleeper. Oh well it wasn't all that bad, being called to the office meant something was going on, and something is infinitely better than nothing, he supposed. As walked towards the office he saw a woman he didn't know at all there with some other guy he didn't know either

Nico smiled. They had started to come in, success! "Loki, nice to see you. We have not met, but I am Vice Captain Ichigawa. Now, for your work. Train as hard as you can. I expect to see a crater that you created from training by tommorow morning. Don't say anything. Now get to work before I kill you."

Lance froze with the sudden appearence of Hayashi's spiritual pressure,but it soon disappeared.
This couldn't be good he could feel it in his gut.
He turned back to Kuro and smiled."Thats how much a average zanpokuto weighs..."He told Kuro before walking into the kitchen."What do you want to eat?"He asked with a grin...

Nico looked up at the sky. Her mind wondered off into the issue's of the "Great war". She sighed, war was always coming.
"The arrancar are about to attack. I need you idiots to train."
Kuro sighed. He couldn't lift it! I'll take steroids.. He thought slyly. "Could we make it lighter...?" He said trying to pick it up again. The a idea made its why into his mind. "Oh!" He yelled running into the kitchen, taking a butchers knife. His smile turned serious and he ran back to the wooden katana. "AHHHHHHH!" He yelled as the blade fell down onto the middle of the sword. He had created a short sword, he felt a swell of pride.
Kuro picked up the sword, it was light now, he tossed it into the air and caught it with one hand. "Is it good?"
(I am going to make him have a shortsword)

Lance walked out,back to Kuro,admiring his handy work;he wondered where he got this skill from.Surely not Lance,who was never good at widdling."Nice job Kuro.."He said looking at the wooden sword.He was a little shocked by him grabbing the butcher knife though;he was never rash enough as a child to play with knifes...
"Are you still hungry?"He asked with a smile.He wondered how Nico was doing with her training.The sudden appearance of Hayashi still left him suspicious...And concerned..

Hayashi appeared in the office as he sighed, "Nico I acquire your assistance" Hayashi said as he glance at Lance, "Hey, you can help as well" Hayashi said with a cheerful smile. Hayashi looked at Nico with a cheerful face hoping she would accept. Hayashi never really said please as he couldn't bring himself to do it. It was just to weird for him. He sighed as he looked around hoping she would accept and help him
