"Underneath the building? Do you know where exactly?" He'd gladly help find anything for Sergei. He was tiny so if he had to get beneath any buildings by whatever means, he was sure he'd be able to do it and find the bracelet.

Sergei mussed Gregory's hair, he would be ok with teaching this kid a few things but Avarice would always control the child, that much at least was certain."Now that's right idea, I am not too sure on the location but it will be fairly obvious for two reasons, one there will be dead things around where it is buried, and two it will be the strongest energy signature around you unless another ancient vampire or alpha male were wolf is close by. I must say that you are not to go anywhere without my protection, Edward and your mother will stop at nothing to purge you from existence, and speaking from experience, the pain is unbearable but you get used to it, that is the family trying to kill you thing, I've had my fair share."Sergei smirked and then proceeded to read the section of the scroll on the bracelet not really paying attention to what Gregory was doing at that point.

Gregory nodded. "Doesn't concern me whether they want me gone or not."
He grinned. "If there are dead things around it...then why aren't the members of The Red Cross dead? Would certainly make our job easier."

Sergei smiled, such foolishness. His grandfather may have been strong but he wasn't a god."No Gregory, it would only kill those whose minds are small enough to be affected by it. It has a dark power so it kills the plants around it and if a rat stays there long enough the bracelet would absorb it's life energy and kill it. But that is enough talk for one night, I must go hunting, alone, and if you go anywhere dangerous I will know, the bats would alert me in seconds and I would be there swords drawn, or the doctor would have my head. But I must ask you to stay here or go to the haven, I would rather the doctor didn't try and kill me in the middle of the night."Sergei stood and wrapped the cloak around himself, vanishing.

He was behind her in that instant, nails extended into his Lycan claws, pressing into her stomach just enough to draw blood. His other arm, twisting her own behind her back and his mouth to her neck. "See Lily? You could've saved both of us that trouble. Making me waste such precious energy...that makes me rather upset."

"Lily..." Avarice said, dragging his claws over his stomach, leaving a thin line of crimson. "Why wouldn't The Black Cross want you? You're still precious to Edward. You're carrying his child afterall...Or would you feel better if we kidnapped Mimicry? We already have her son." He knew he wasn't being nice and for one, didn't care anymore. He needed to get the point across and Avarice was a master at being maniacle.
