After spending a few moments alone to pick myself up, I returned to the main room, unsure of what to do. I looked over at the wraith then to the lycan before approaching him. "I never did get your name, I'm Adele" I said with a small smile on my face.

I looked up towards the young lady and smiled. "Pleasure to meet you Miss Adele, my name is Joshua Shield." I said while standing up and offering her a handshake. "I'm sorry for asking you earlier about werewolves I can see it caused you some stress, it's just I get caught up with the ideal of finding them that I sometimes forget my manners." I said sympathetically looking straight into her eyes.

I took his hand in mine and shook it. "It's okay," I replied looking back. "I haven't seen that much of my kind in quite some time, so I understand." I gazed downward, realizing I hadn't let go of his hand. My face reddened slightly, before I removed my hand from his. "Sorry."

I returned to the previous room, holding my hooded head with one hand. I returned just in time to see Erik leaving, "Where is he going?" i asked to no one in particular.

I grinned as she let go. I looked at the wraith and said, "I believe he is going for a stroll around the world. Of course I could be wrong and he might just be going to the local pub." I turned back to the young lady and grinned slightly. "So Miss Adele, would you like to tell me something about yourself? Seeing how we might be living together from now on, I think it would be wise to learn something about the people we are living with as so not to cause unwanted stress and tension."

"True. I can tell you that, " I paused, trying to come up with something about myself to tell Joshua. My mind remained blank for a moment before something finally popped up. "I can move object with my mind" I smiled a little, before I proved what I had said. I looked around the room a little to find something to move, that wouldn't break easily in case I messed up. A small cup laid on a side table across the room, and soon enough it levitated over and into my hand. "What about yourself?"

"Marvelous!" I exclaimed seeing her use her ability. "You are the first vampire I've ever known to show me such an ability." I said grinning from ear to ear. "Well Miss Adele there's not much to say about me except perhaps that I can somewhat control my wolf side." I was beginning to think perhaps I could make some good friends in this place and perhaps I had made my first one.

"Really?" I asked a bit surprised seeing that every lycan I had met was unable to control their other side. A smile glued itself to my face, "maybe we could actually get along."

"Yes, but only to the extent to where it does not harm others. I have been able to steer it's hunger to wild animals like deer and boar. Sometimes it can even interact with others but only if I know that person extremely well enough that my wolf side feels safe around it." I explained to the smiling young woman. "Though I've only heard that what I can do is rare from vampires and other species, I have yet to meet a living werewolf."

"It is very rare. The few times I had ran into a werewolf it had ended badly for either them or me..." My words drifted off into nothing. I shook my head slightly, not wanting to remember the past. "But that was of course because they couldn't control their urge, which I can relate to."

I nodded as she spoke. "Well I think we should find our hostess." I said with a slight smile. "I haven't even introduced myself to the hostess of this lovely manor yet." I muttered as I looked down the hall the way the woman had disappeared. Then I remembered the wraith and decided I should introduce myself to him. Walking up to him I said,"Hello my name is Joshua Shield, if you live here then I might be your neighbor for a little while."

Bethany had just finished her shift at the coffee shop. She took off her apron and hung it up on the rack with all the others, before grabbing her most current read, 'An Introduction to Quantum Physics', and hurried out the door.
Opening up the book and picking up where she had left off before her shift started, she began walking through town aimlessly. It's not like she had anything else to do today. And before she realized it, she was there, across the street from Blood Manor.
Bethany slowly came to a stop and lowered the book. It all looked so incredably spooky, and yet, it seemed to call to her. She wanted to know what it looked like on the inside, wanted to know if there really were lycans and vampires in there, and what they were like. She shook her head. There was no way she was just going to walk up to the door and ask.

I looked to Joshua and bowed my head, "My name is Haimon Spyridon, pleasure to meet you. I just arrived not too long ago." I said, slowly. I looked to the door, There's a person nearby... I thought, Maybe I should give them a scare! sudden, devious thoughts came across my mind.
Without saying another word to Joshua, I moved to the door and slowly opened it, making sure I couldn't be seen while doing it.

I smelled the scent of a human nearby and from the direction it was coming from I would say it was outside. Then Mr. Spyridon disappeared. "Where he'd go." I muttered as I then saw the door open slightly. He wouldn't, would he? I decided to see why a human was outside in front of a manor full of paranormal beings. Turning to Adele I said,"Excuse me for a moment Miss Adele but I think I might need to take a look outside." With that I began to walk toward the front door.
