Hamma bursted out into laughter as the girl surfaced. "Ye be one tough Raiken. I wasnt expecting such a performance from ya. Well drop those kunai and get running lass. See ye at the graveyard." The old man was not to surprised as to who surfaced first, while spunky the Raiken was very small compared to the boy, her lungs would probably be smaller as well giving the boy a slight advantage, but it only mattered on who found the most kunai and got to the graveyard first.

The man's booming laugh greeted her as she gathered herself up once out of the water. She dug out all eight of the kunai she had gathered and just dropped them on the ground in front of Hamma-Sensei. She was still trying to catch her breath as her twisted little grin returned once again to her face. "I am one tough little Raiken, just you remember that Sensei" she said as she smiled and took off running. Her heart rate hadn't gotten the chance to settle down, so as she started to run off, her heart and her breathing started to pick up once again.

The hands moving the water around him to push him and keep him submerged made a weird sound that despite being underwater he could still hear.Rokugi had dived fast to the bottom and had found his first kunai but the pressure of the water gave him somewhat of a headache. Since he knew the moving water must have spread them or hidden them, the boy tried to stay as near as possible to the lagoon's floor. With his hands he shook sand a little from the bottom. The bottom of the lagoon was clear as day at first but it was starting to grow dark in the evening and having such an extense area to search didnt help.

Having no luck in the area near his first kunai, the boy tried to move fast elsewhere to search but in the water it was really hard for him to move freely. In his homeland he had seen seas and rivers but he had never tried to give a swim a try. For all records he wasnt exactly a good swimmer but he was doing his best. following his instincs he let himself move by the current figuring that if the kunais had landed and moved it would have been in the direction. There was a lot of vegetation in the lagoon's bottom, enough that kunais that might have landed in it could be stuck or covered by the vegetation . If this was the case it would be hard for him to find many.

Swimming over to the water grass at the bottom he placed his hand into it and began to touch around. It was hard for him to see anything beyond the plants so he had to rely on his sense of feeling. So far he hadnt felt anything but the algae brush him and the water pressure and it became frustrating. At this point, Rokugi began to wonder how much more could he hold his breath, he knew that as a kid he used to simply hold it to see how long could he last, but sitting around in your home tent was very different than being underwater. As soon as he took out his hand from the plants a lot of tiny fish came out of it swimming straight at him. The small surprise almost made him let go of the breath he was holding and he knew that with two mere Kunai he wouldnt impress Hamma

moving out of there, the boy kept on swimming more and more into the lagoon. There he saw lots of different fish, rocks, plants but no kunai. The Shape of rocks underwater where funny to him because sometimes they resembled things and monsters, but then again he wouldnt want to be here when it gets dark. He stopped and grabbed from a rock to keep himself from rising to the surface and rest a bit from swimming. As he did so he noticed the girl who he was competing with. She was already at the surface and Rokugi felt somewhat better but it didnt last long. The girl had found about 8 Kunais in that short time where he had only found 2, even worse was the fact that he felt he wouldnt be able to hold it much longer

Rokugi was about to check on a small glistening thing covered by sand when suddenly his chest began to convulse. His Lungs could not take it anymore and his oxygen had ran out. Cursing in his head he tried to swim as fast as he could to the surface to take a breath. As soon as he had regained his breath He swam to the shore, lifted himself from the water and sprinted towards Hamma "Im sorry sensei, I lost this part but i dont plan on loosing the race" He bowed in front of his sensei, outstretched his right hand and let the two single kunai in front of Hamma. As the first of these hit the ground,Rokugi turned as fast as he could and started sprinting towards the road to the village. He felt he owed it to Hamma being able to live in Shima and so he wanted to make him proud of his decision about it. His sandals made splatering sounds with every step and behind him there was a trail of water droplets as his clothes dripped.

Shinichi growled deeply, turning on the Hammah like a ravished animal. He was frustrated that his woman toy had left, his training place taken over without a word, and that his genin had been dumb enough to exhaust himself! What a day! However, the man merely narrowed his eyes, slung Sorri over his shoulders, and snarled, "In my days, the only excuse for taking over somebody else's training ground was if you're doing tougher traininig. I better see that, Hamma-san." He turned on his heels and left.

Hamma laughed out loud at the boy, get running then lad. As the man collected the Kunai and placed them back in their metal case he grabbed his hammer and was ready to make it to the graveyard to give a final lesson for his students. When he was crossed by Shinichi. The man laughed harder on his way out. "In my day we didn't train our students they learned through experience. Learn boy-oh I have been on this earth longer than ya been chasing ye own tail." Walking out of the lagoon Hamma took a short-cut to the graveyard.

[Enter from Ruined Cliffs]

The Chuunin arrived to an ugly sight. Unfortunately, the once serene lagoon had been transformed into a wasteland. It hadn't been completely destroyed, but it was most certainly tainted by the attack on the village. Even in one of the small puddles near him, the water seemed as though it had been polluted with some sort of chemical, and Sukotto feared that the waterfall and the main water system of the lagoon was in worse shame itself. This water would definitely have to be purified before the wilderness could be restored to what it once was. As he observed the scene and waited for his companions, Sukotto clamped his hands into the Ram seal once again, and focused his chakra as best he could. If he was going to prevent anything like this from ever happening again, he would have to become much stronger, and there was no time for him to be slacking off.

Chakra and Focus Training - Concentrated Chakra Burn
Since he had an easy time with the training involved in his most recent chakra-based exercise, Sukotto has decided to take it up a notch by trying out a more concentrated form of chakra training.

[Enter from Scarred Cliffs]

She had never seen this place in its prime before, but it was definitely warped now, altered into a grim parody of paradise. She coughed a bit when she inhaled the stench of this place. It had a strange chemical smell to it. Perhaps it was her instincts, but something told her it would be unwise to touch the water. She stepped around all the puddles that had formed around the place. She noticed the place was devoid of wildlife. Maybe they had that same kind of common sense... or else, they may have been driven off by something. She made haste, intent on catching up to the man from before, but she made sure she didn't go so fast that she lost sight of Nadeshiko. She saw him up ahead, doing something with his chakra--she noticed the Ram symbol right away.

Nadeshiko followed as quickly as she could, but Akiko was surprisingly fast. She could tell that Akiko could go even faster, but was likely keeping herself in check so that she could keep sight of both Sukotto and herself. She slowed as she entered the lagoon to take it all in. One word pretty much described this place, even more than all the other places on the island: wrecked. A peek at the water and a quick sniff nearly made her retch. Or was that just her frailty acting up again? As she caught up to Sukotto, she noticed he was training. His hands were clasped together. One of the many hand signs employed by shinobi in their various jutsus and techniques, of course, but Nadeshiko knew next to nothing about them. Curious, Nadeshiko moved closer to the chuunin.

So this was the lagoon? Despite the time he had spent on the island, this was probably only the first or second time Xyn had come here, and neither time did he pay much attention to it. All that could be noticed of the young Douken's approach was the ear-piercing 'kaw' that came from his direction. It was apparently that the raven on Xyn shoulder didn't like this place. Xyn, on the other hand, felt a need to explore the island to see the full effects of what had happened in the last month. The time went by so quickly, and yet so many things still lingered freshly in his mind. His one natural eye caught sight of the strange-eyed girl he had noticed earlier while in line for the vaccinations. He breathed in casually, raising his left hand to pet Munin gently in order to calm the creature. Xyn was used to Munin's calls so the loud cry had not affected him. Munin being a raven, however, meant that such a cry was a bad omen. Well, maybe if Xyn believed in such superstitions.

He had gone searching for Sorri after reclaiming a clean cloak from his room, but instead caught sight of Sukotto. Xyn figured that if Sorri hadn't gone to the forest, he would be wherever the Uchiha was going, but it seemed that wasn't the case. At any rate, he was here now. With no idea of what to expect from this place, Xyn started to take in everything around him. The sound of his footsteps, the roar of the water falling and its currents, the taste of the air, whatever detail seemed to stand out. If any of this changed the slightest, he'd have to react accordingly. His attention going back to the girl from before, as well as another unknown girl, Xyn prepared to introduce himself, only to be interrupted by Munin suddenly taking off and flying toward Akiko's shoulder. Xyn tried not to let his annoyance show, as he should have expected this and yet he forgot to stop the creature each time.

"That..." Clearing his throat, Xyn restarted as if he hadn't let that one word slip out, "My name is Douken Xyn. His name is Munin. I do not believe we've met." Xyn started out formally with his attention not specifically on either of the girls.

BGM: Cure the Princess

The once lush green environment with water sparkling like diamonds has become a vile husk of its former self. What was once a healthy green is now a murky brown. Emerald leaves and vines are now brittle and slimy umber, rust and coppered colored structures pulsing with purple liquid. The waterfall now runs with a diluted mixture of dark blue violet. A stench is within the air that has flies buzzing around at different areas of the Lagoon. As you step on the crap colored grass, you can see the same nasty liquid from the trees seeping around your sandal, like a squeezed sponge. The sound made stepping on the grass is a juicy squish as if someone stepped on a fruit. This is the once pleasurable Lagoon and Waterfall.

BGM: Noche

The presence of others has alerted amphibious creatures. A group of frogs, each the size of a grown man’s palms together, approach from different puddles surrounding you. You can also see some type of purple secretion dripping from their bodies. As it falls to the ground, the grass becomes even a darker brown…. “Ribi Ribi Ri” each one makes that sound as their bodies expand to twice the size and then deflate back to their already overly massive form. Their red and purple skin become veiny as they inflate their bodies, also making the color more vibrant in this way. Some stick out their black tongue at you, dripping with the same liquid. Other’s just stare at you with their cloudy white eyes. The frogs make their way around you. Each with their own intentions in mind. Some just stare with the disturbingly cloudy eyes, while others hop up to throw their entire body at you. Others try to hold onto your limbs and stick their black tongue on your body. They all have the same cruel intentions though.
