CJ walked out of the tavern, and walked to Winter's cabin, he knew he was in trouble, he should have been paitent and not rush her, now he was in for it. He sighed and kept walking dragging his feet and taking his time.

Winter looked at him and then stood up and walked to the door and said "i have to go i....have to sort something out. Ill talk to you later" with that she rushed out of his cabin and to her own, she opened the door and then started to pace.
Winter was pacing her lounge room waiting for CJ to come, oh why did you have to do this to me now boy, She thought to herself, she hadnt wanted it to come out, thats why she had been avoiding Firebird....now he would want an explaination...she wasnt prepared to give him one yet...

CJ got to her door and opened the door "Mu..Winter..?" he called out nearly saying the wrong thing, he closed the door and walked into the lounge room where he saw her pacing, boy was he in for it...when she paced it meant she was angry or thinking but by her expression she wasnt happy...he stood waiting...

paces his cabin and thinks to selfwas it some thing I said you did I can not tell I think it has some thing to do with the attack the other night should I go talk to her or wait I think I will gostarts to head there when he sees cj and stops and heads back to his cabin

Winter stopped pacing once she realised CJ was there "why did you say something, i asked you not to until i was ready" she was trying to stay calm...she looked at him her hands fidgetting, "Son, i told you we had to wait, i wanted to tell him, now he will probably hate me." she lowered her head, her hair coming to hide her face..

He looked at his mother and said "im sorry mum, its just i couldnt keep seeing him every day and have him look at me like i was just another employee, i wanted him to know me his son." he stopped and looked at her and walked over and hugged her, he knew that she was really upset. "mum, maybe its better now its in the open and this way you can sort out your problems and not have any secrets between yourselves" he said still hugging her..

She didnt do anything when he first hugged her then she hugged him back "maybe your right CJ, how did i get a wise son" she pulled back and smiled but it still wasnt her normal bright happy smile..

CJ looked at his mum and said "Mum, so you need anything else?" he was going to go into town and visit a friend of his and could get her what she wanted, he looked at her waiting...

writes a note and then not sure if he should know first after he walked over to winters cabin because he did not want to interrupt them he slide the note under the door for Winter that readsI am sorry for upsetting you Miss Winter when you get a chance I would Like to see you if that is possible at all heads back to his cabin

She heard something and stood up and went to the door and saw the note she picked it up and looked at it and then said to herself "i suppose i had better go over" she put her cup in the kitchen adn then walked out her door and to Firebird's cabin adn knocked on the door
