"Yeah i guess i will ask u a question a favor now if thats ok with u" he gets done cooking and lays a plate of food in front of Chey "so what are centaur girlfriends like?" Gregory smiles "and if it isnt to much to ask can u demonstrate some of your ablities tommorrow during our little walk?" Greg raises his brow slightly and then straightens up the kitchen
((has anyone been curious to when the maids and stuff will wake up???))

((well it might take until the next morning...its still the same night. Go to bed kiddies. but first they have to read the story and fall asleep..syrith might stay out all night if he doesnt come back soon the front door is open..incase anyone wants to shut it))

Kiyoko was also worried that Syrith did not return to their home. Perhaps mabye he's just enjoying the rain, or perhaps something happened to him...it could go either way. She was worried about the word "injection"; that could mean anything from poison to medicine. There seemed to lack a middle option in this situation altogether. As much as she also wanted to go look for Syrith, it would be impossibe in this weather, not to mention they didn't have a clue as to where Nate could have gone. It would have been useless, and the maids would be furious if they snuck out this late and in this weather.
She sighed to herself; they were helpless in this situation. "Sure, let's here the story." Kiyoko answered, begging for something to ease her mind, even if it was only for a few minutes.
As Nate was sitting in this seat, a horrible feeling suddenly hit him. It was minor for hte moment; perhaps there was something in the pizza this evening. He turned up the CD player, hoping it would go away and not increase.

"My Lady." said zylo appearing before her. "im sorry Iv been late I have been chasing an intruder who was in your room. He was a great opponent but I bested him in the end." He said holding up an angery cat.

Momo sat back in her seat and tried to relax. She did want to hear Ben's story, and Ben was right, Syrith could take care of himself. She sighed and closed her eyes, ready to escape into a far away land of Ben's story.
"Dominance?" Usha laughed. "I've never tried to take over the world before...sounds fun! So, you want me to find out the other's powers then?"

Ben smiled at Kiyoko, he could tell she was still worried too. He looked back to his notebook and began.
"Once upon a time, there was a man, a man with a giant sword. Everyone always wondered how he could lift such a giant sword. When they would ask him his secret, he would reply, 'The nests have their birds, the hives have their bees...someone is calling...but there's no place for me.'
"One day this man...(we will call him Tex) went for a stroll around the great, gray garden of Gryphtan, so named for the terrible, treacherous Telion that lived there. A telion is a mid-sized dragon with fur and feathery wings." Ben held up a picture he had drawn on the page. The picture showed a friendly looking creature with beautiful wings.
"As Tex was walking through the garden, he heard a woman scream, "Roto, roto mitins oklor si digenlsi!" Which translates to, "Why, why must you hurt me?" And so after Tex heard this he became frightened for .2 milliseconds. But then he remembered his giant sword. He wielded his mighty sword and charged in the general direction from which he had heard the sound."
Ben paused to look at Momo and Kiyoko and the creatures.

Lusia listened intently as she envisioned a great knight warrior on a quest. Her eyes lit up at the mention of feathery wings. Like mine? she wondered. She waited for Ben to continue to find out who was in trouble.

((Wow, not bad, I have to say! *applause* smile ))
Kiyoko was liking this story already. Full of mysterious things and creatures, and there was a decent plot. She nestled up against Ben as he was reading, and the picture was adorable. A peaceful dragon, a rather friendly looking creature. The warm fire and the blanket ontop of the trio made the room nice and cozy, perfect for storytime. She eagerly awaited for him to continue, a smile upon her face.

Ronin used his telepathy to track down where the demon had gone. He suddenly got something... Hello? he said telepathically, hoping she would hear him. No one could pick up his signal except other creatures. So no humans would even know anythign was going on.

Seeing that everyone was enjoying themselves, Ben continued.
"As Tex neared the top of a hill, he heard a scream coming from the top of the mountain. Tex was a bit afraid of climbing this mountain, but he knew he had to save whoever was up there. He braced himself; he closed his eyes and envisioned a fair maiden trapped in the claws of a mountain brute.
"Revived with courage, his eyes shot open and he leaped forward onto the rocks and began to climb."
Ben kept reading about Tex and how he saved the fair maiden. He showed them all the pictures that went along with the story as he came to them. ((if you want to read the whole story ...go to my sister's journal lol i stole it from her! Story Time but parts of it might be bad..bc my sis is naughty! bad girl!))

((Hehe, I know this story! My roomie wrote it! *cough* Sela *cough* xd ))
Ben's story took Momo far away from the Orphange to a land of make believe. She imagined the great warrior Tex, and she began to feel secure. She pulled her blanket close to her and let her head rest against Lusia's shoulder.
Usha heard a voice in her head and she looked around, a bit surprised. Then she realized that it must be one of the other creatures, trying to contact her. But why? she thought..."Hello?" she said back, "Who's there?"

Yes, a reply! Who's this? he asked. I'm Ronin. He began to follow where her signal was coming from. He could pick up telepathy like a radio signal...and follow it back. He felt her voice coming from a brightly lit casino. They must be staying in the hotel in that casino! Ronin started down to land on the roof.

*will read story in journal after posting this*))
Kiyoko continued listening to the story, perfectly comfortable, wanting this cozy feeling to last forever; her and her friends. Her family.....The story was quite nice, and was one of those herioc happy ones. The fire continued to crackle. She noted that Ben was quite good at drawing as well, it being the first time she didn't sneak in on a story. They were very pretty and detailed, and it was obvious that he had put much effort into it. She enjoyed looking at them.
