Kay-Dash sat in his apartment watching the coverage on what he did to the muggers. He was glad that no one was able to eyewitness him but hoped no one would related the fire to him. He shut the TV off and walked outside.

Jamie had just come back from 'Dork camp' Otherwise known as math camp. He jumped off the bus and walked to his front door. The moment the door opened, Jamie's dog, Brett, tackled him outside again. Wiping the slobber from his face he said "Good to see you too, boy" He patted the dopey great dane on the head. After showering and eating lunch Jamie walked over to his desk and pressed the button hidden inside his mouse. His chair moved downwards with him on it and he apeared in his in-home city survaliance system. He sent a message to the rest of the Night Heroes. 'I'm back. What have I missed?'

Static accidentally tapped into a messaging system, and jumped up. 'Jamie!' the message sent from his electrical impulses. 'Friend! Long time no talk! Haven't seen you since Metropolis. You didn't miss much,' he went on. 'Just me nearly blowing up a school...'.

A few seconds later Jamie was standing next to Brad. "You do know my treating you shitty is a boss' job, right?" Jamie brought his skateboard with him.

"Yes sir!" said Static, and put on his glove. "Ah, I bet if you were my boss, you would be a better boss Batman was ever to me. He was a bit like Michael Jackson! Sliding down a poll all day with a teenager boy, I'm glad I quit. I heard somebody named Robin took that job," he said, and started creating maps of the stars with his electricity.

Jamie pulled out his Ipod and started playing 'Hatebreed'. Jamie's head bobbed in time to the death metal. "Well I'm going to HQ now. I got nothing else to do." Jamie skateboarded off.
