Looking at the items that had dropped out of the pouch he just laughed slightly. “See what I tell you nasty buggers. Oh well looks like you got some money off them and well you got some money anyways. Maybe if you find away out of this forest it will do you some good. As for the tooth if you feel like keeping it you maybe able to trade it at some monster shop.” He then looked to the logs and back to Kushender who commented about him begin half fire demon. “That I did now if you’re going to try and lit those logs on fire let me move first.” He now climbed quickly to his feet finding and unknown strength in him to stand and move away from the fire pit. “Alright it’s all yours Kushender.” He had gone behind a tree and was looking from around it to make sure he had some kind of shield in case something was to go wrong in Kushender’s attempted to lit the logs if that is what he planned.

((omg!! i have been gone forever! over the weekend i was grounded from my laptop, forunately i got to go to the mall! blaugh and then on monday my class went on this field trip. we got back yesturday and i spent the whole day unpacking! then i went to sleep at like 9:00 last night and have been at school until about an hour ago xD))

Teardrop had been about to attack the boy who had insulted her. Of course she wasn't trying to walk some stupid path! She had no sins to make up for! The guy (who she didn't remember being an ugly demon before, although she knew it was him by his stench)) had gotten into a fight with him. She chased the boy in robes but gotten distracted by hunger. She had fallen asleep after filling her belly with three plump mice, a vole, and a sick looking starling. Tear had almost caught a squirrel but some clumsy demon had scared it away. She killed it easily, getting its blood all over her.
Now, Teardrop was waking up with the early morning sun seeping in through the low branches of the forest trees. She could hear above the scuffling of mice in the underbrush, the sounds of a couple demons fighting a mile or 2 away. Along with that she heard the snapping of twigs underneath something heavy--and moving in her direction. Her ears pricked, Tear sat straight up. She could hear the autom leaves being shuffled. Whatever was coming it didn't seem to notice the angry demon nearby. Then she smelled the familiar stench of the guy she had encountered the previous day mixed with the faint reek of the girl Baylor had been so quick to make friends with and the boy about her age with the glowing cross. A growl escaped her as she silently stood up, the wind blowing her hair in her face and her scent toward the trees where she was facing, ready to attack.

Kushender found a place were it was silent and sat down on the ground. He closed his eyes and looked back at his life. He then opened them and called on his demon powers.

His skin shifted and began to grow red. His eyes yellow now and his arm's skin got harder. He then let out a loud yell as the glow faded away from him. Now he stood up and looked at the sky. "Why am I tested like this?" he thought looking at his skin. He could feel his anger growing. Kushender hit the nearest tree with his claws. The tree splintered on impact and fell.

Baylor was following Tear, since he was going to play a prank on her to scare her. He silently hung from the branch above her, about to scare her.
