"That works. And, um, if you happen to come up with any other interesting things you need tested...I'm a lot more willing to volunteer. Maybe something to make me tauric, or give me more arms, or make me even bigger and stronger, or even make me male for a while, just to see how the other half lives."
She sat down on her haunches and began licking at her paw and grooming her mane. "I feel so different, and its not just human intellect and tiger instinct. It's like, I finally understand why people who dream about changing want to do it. I would love to be changed again, and I know you'd make it safe and pleasurable and beneficial to me."
Kristen looked up at him. "You kidnapped me, and are holding me captive, and took away my humanity and warped my mind and forever locked me away from the outside world...and somehow, I love you for it. Is that weird?"

Mayuri shrugged and smiled. "I don't know if that's weird. Is any behavior considered normal? But psychology aside, I greatly appriciate your offer to be a guinea pig for my expiriments. Hmmm...I just remembered that Eben locked the DNA stores and took the key for himself. Can you think of a way you could help me get it away from him?"

Mayuri said wryly "I'm not even sure he is human. I haven't told anyone before now, but I'm certain he's been expirimenting on himself. So if you do attack him, which I'm asking you not to, be careful."

"He asked me what my favorite reptile was. I didn't have one, and I refused to just blurt something out. I'm glad I kept mum."
Kristen rested her head on Mayuri's shoulder and growled softly. "Maybe you could do something to boost my intelligence. I could spend some time learning about genetics, and be better set up to help you out and tell you what's going on when you experiment with me."
