I like him and Lupe because they both have great lyrics that actually have meaning behind them. A lot of hip-hop doesn't have the passion that these guys do. That, and you can actually relate to these guys.

I like them both
but Cudi more, cause he style of rap and singing is simple but so complex. Even though he mentions smoking weed and multiple songs, that is something he does in real life. The affects which he goes through are mention, his thoughts, and so much more. I don't smoke personally, but I can understand what he is talking about, just his whole life up to now. How he is a simple guy, just like anyone else, expressing his mind in a form of art.

With most artists I tend to hold favoritism to the singles they release because it is in my head more
So where as I like 'Day N' Nite' the best
I'd have to say Alive is a close second

it's only fitting <3
EDIT: i like some of the messages in her songs, but I am tired of people being children and bashing her for no reason. After a while it gets irritating to see and hear.
