Alex looked up at Nyl..."Really?..." Alex tried to sit up on the couch; but he fell back down again and griped his rib cage... the pain stoped as he lid down on his back "ugh...this is so troublesome"

Seph was half-way standing, and he slowly lowered himself back onto the couch. He didn't lay down again, he sat and leaned back on the couch. He closed his eyes again, taking a deep breath.

Nyl wandered into the kitchen, coming back out a few minutes later with a glass of ginger ale for Seph. She handed it to hiim and then looked at Alex again.
"Yeah, that'd finish teaching you your lesson. But there's another way - a chakra way."

He took the glass. "Thank you, Nyl.." He took a sip and closed his eyes again, leaning back. He yawned, holding the glass in both hands.
