"I heard it.." He said, standing and looking at the kitchen door. He tried moving at regular speed, but his feet were moving too fast for his upper body, and he barely caught himself against the doorframe. "..Alex?"

Nyl got up and followed him, steadying him with a hand on his shoulder. She looked into the main room and frowned.
"Alex, indeed. What are you doing on the floor?"

Alex rolled over and strained to look up at Nyl And Seph..." I liked the look of the wood close up..."Alex started to laugh but the pain was to great "My training just went a little off course and I used a little to much chakra"

Alex held Nyl's hand while useing his other one to push himself up, once he got to his feet he stumbled a little and slamed into the door frame with his shoulder

~Don't apologize.~ His voice was very strong for his current state when he said that. But it dropped off. ~..It's no one's fault but my own.. I thought bacteria wouldn't be able to survive in my body.. so I didn't take any other precautionary measures against it..~
