Scaled to D&D
You take everyone's stats in a group of diverse characters,
you then start with the fastest, strongest, smartest, etc. among them...
then you give that person a 19 or 25. 19 if 'best' means best among mortals, 25 if it means best among cosmics.
Then the next highest gets 1 point less, and so on.
People who are vaguely similar to each other get the same stat.
this works well for up to 8 characters in a Vs. game.

I liked Chris because he was beatin on things with his fists, but Leon had more swagger.
Chris is the tough guy.
Leon is the cool guy.
Krauser is just awesome.
Wesker is cool too.

You don't, you just but them from the shop using IP. They make very little difference until like... level 12.

They're whining about how I'm mean OOC or something. I guess I can see why they're "undefeated" or whatever. It makes perfect sense than Roen enjoys their company.
But eh. Now I need to find something else to busy myself with. Decisions, decisions.
