Seph moved to the stove, nodded his head to the side. He pulled out a glass, filled it with water, and took a sip. He took another, for good measure, then cleared his throat. "Morning, Nyl." He smiled weakly.

Alex walked through the forest for a nice while now, but finally he found a big open clearing, "This is a perfect place, deep in the forest and no one around that can get hurt."

Alex sat in the middle of the clearing and pulled out a scroll from inside his shirt, he opened it and began to study it while quietly mumbling to himself "...Bird ...Dragon ...Monkey ...Tiger ...Hare... " for a few minutes Alex practiced the hand seals...then finally he stood up and closed his eyes, he moulded his chakra and performed the hand seals,
Alex quickly opened his eyes "Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" 5 puffs of white smoke formed, when the smoke cleared there were 6 Alexander's in total..."I-I-I did it!"

Alex spoke too soon, the copies charged at Alex "Nyah!" Alex began to run "GO AWAY! YAAAAAA!!!!" one of the copies jumped in front of Alex and exploded and sent Alex flying backwards into another copy and that formed a chain reaction "AHHHH!!!!!" the scream was loud enough to be heard for miles, the last one exploded while leaving Alex in a Smokey mess...the clearing was full of blast holes and burn marks...

In a shaky voice Alex spoke into the air "n-n-note t-to s-se-self, have another person around when p-p-practicing d-d-da-dangerous techniquesss..." Alex then passed out on the ground

"I'm mostly fine now...aside from a few very interesting thoughts I've been having." She studied her fingernails absently.

He looked between her eyes, not blinking. The look in her eyes held so much information. It was difficult for him to find out what she was saying. It took him a few moments, then finally:

"..My thoughts?"

"They're not conscious thoughts.. They're nightmares.." He leaned forward some and looked at the table, closing his eyes. "..Fears.. Anxieties.. Am I broadcasting them..?"

"Probably not intentionally. But you must have been, because I picked up on them." Her voice dropped, too, from casual and rather loud to soft and quiet. "And your voice is strained, too."

Alex opened his eyes slowly, when he tried to move, sharp pain coursed through his entire body. "Ugh...I used allot of Chakra while training, too much as a matter of fact..."

Alex managed to roll over on his stomach, as he strained to push himself up, pain shot through his chest making him spew up a little blood, finally he was able to stumble to his feet and use the trees of the forest as a sort of crutch as he walked...

Even though Alex knew he had never traveled in too far, his walking speed was much slower, after walking for a few min; Alex saw the path up ahead... cough cough "f-fi-finally, I'm back at the main dojo..." Alex noticed that his eye sight was getting blurry, he tried to quicken his pace; even that small quickening shot pain through his body...

Alex finally reached the Dojo's door, leaning his body against it was the only way he was going to open it, the door opened rather quickly as Alex stumbled inside, he got as far as the entrance of the main room and collapsed on the floor...
