Kochiyo Ishinomori I finished my edit now long ago. How's she look?  Ref: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v53/skorchkirby/pic.jpg Well, personally, I like it ^_^ The dress is well done and so is the hair. The wings are cute and I like how you were able to make them seem a bit transparent, really makes it follow the ref nicely. I think my only concerns lay with the fact that the clothes don't really look "sparkly." I think if you added "almost-white" pink single pixels amongest the dress and then place four more pixels on the sides (this color would be a between color of the whiteish pink single pixels and the dress color you're working on) of the first ones you laid down might give you that effect. But be sparing with them, too many would kill the detail <3
