I never thought that Jaeger would actually kill him. Though I suppose of all the people in the Nexus, he'd be the most likely.

It's not that Jaeger is a bad person... necessarily... but Tad and Jaeger have a history.

One year Tad knocked out Jaeger, and set fire to his house while he was laying in it. Tad always claimed it was "nothing" since Jaeger has a healing factor, but it's something that I'd imagine Jaeger never forgot.
