Sergeant JJ I didn't get the invite... Maybe it is a problem with my account that I don't know about. Oops sorry. I went through my friends list to send the invitation to the avi pairs contest vote. Now the guild owner has decided to close membership until after the contest closes. It's a public guild, so you and everybody) can look at the entries. @ True and Giesta - thanks for the votes and good wishes. It was so much fun (and work) to do those avis. I hope there'll be future contests and that you'll both enter. Doing a pairs avi is such a challenge. So different from doing one alone.
@ JJ - I hope you'll join (when membership opens again after March 1) and enter too.

I believe that you read that wrong, Giesta... which saddens me (not that you would read it wrong, but that Harvey's froggie avvie would have only 3 votes when it deserves like 700). I think that the frog avatar is extremely creative and really cute, so I would have to give it a 100/10.
Oh yeah... I doubt that I will join the guild that you mentioned. I have two reasons why I am thinking against it. 1. Because I never have enough time in my day to run around more than one guild and I love 20K Poll Guild too much for it not to be this guild that I choose. 2. Because there is something wrong with the members of your other guild if they don't see your avatar as being the most deserving of winning that contest seeing as how your avatar is the most creative and awesome one that I see in that list.

Thanks for the appreciation. All 4 of the avis are really well done. I guess it's a matter of taste which one a person likes best. Yeah, the River Boat avi had 6 votes and the Froggie avi had 3. The other 2 entries had 2 each. There's another 3 days before voting closes. Anything could happen.

3nodding I do think Harvey's avi does need and deserve more votes as well JJ, and yes I believe I must have missread when I checked out the area in that Guild the other day. sweatdrop
3nodding I have only barely enough time myself often to check out Gaia and get in this Guild and the one Guild I make Profiles for so I understand.

Thanks dudes for the interest in the avis in the contest. Sounds like we all have to decide how to use our very limited time. Now that it's weekend and good weather, I'm gonna do some gardening. I hope your weekend is excellent whatever you decide to do.

Hehe thanks buddy. I'm gonna get the slugs drunk on beer -- dead drunk. And I'm looking to buy an electric tennis racket. I've seen them on tv and on the net but haven't found a local source yet. I think it'll be better than spraying wasp spray in my house like last summer.

3nodding I believe Ive seen those electric tennis racket things, if you do get one be careful that could be pain say if you sat it down and accidently sat on it or picked it up by the wrong end. xp
Drunk Slugs???? I imagine it is a safer and eco friendly way to kill slugs I gather? Just dont let them drive thier little slug cars............LOL
