Eh.. well, it depends. I suppose some fantasy, school settings, assassinations, etc... Hmm.. I really don't know .
The characters I make usually end up being humorous/silly or evil.

Well, then I'd suggest Pacis Salus [if you don't mind lots of members] for school, Turmoil in Faerie for fantasy, Hm... Maybe The Gifteds Are Here or Amarth [both are fantasy-ish] for assassination. Sweet Revenge might have an assassin role open.

You really ought to see the RPs for yourself and not just look in the directory.
