sweatdrop I was going for the Smurfs. They are three apples high (I looked up approximate height in inches), originally were all male, and lived in the forest in houses like mushrooms. They also use the word "smurf" in their language like mad, with no rhyme or reason to the way it is used. Some humans think them myths, some (Gargamel) want to eat them.

Ah, I had forgotten they inserted "smurf" in their speech.

Hmm... I can't think of one that's not horribly obvious or from an obscure anime you likely haven't seen.

I don't wanna try again. I feel bad for stumping ya, and I don't know that many older cartoons anymore.

Nothing to feel bad for. My brain is usually shot after work, so it's my fault. 3nodding

College has done that for me many a time. That, and lack of sleep. Or both.

Yes, I have seen those before- unearthing your own dig site in miniature. A most interesting idea. Of course, it was too passive for me as a kid, and too tedious for me at this point. sweatdrop

Ugh, sick no more!
Ah, so I guess it missed your potential window of interest, then. Ah well.

I'm recovering . . . mostly there. I took today off from work, and have been taking it easy. By work tomorrow, I should be good.
Yeah, it seemed to pass me by for interest. Too much work for my liking. sweatdrop

That explains the emoticon. It figures we'd both be sick at the same time eventually.
Is it just me or did a bunch of sites start celebrating April Fools yesterday? I know parts of the world were already April 1st, but these were American/Canadian sites AFAIK.

AFAIK? I do not recognize the shorthand.
I completely ignored it. In fact, other than posts on facebook, I wouldn't have known any different. Instead, it was just a normal day. The plus side is to continue watching Sword Art Online on netflix. Very happy that one made it in! heart
I am sorry you are ill, old friend. I hope you recover as quickly as I do. It took a day of rest and sweating it out with blankets, but its mostly gone at this point. The oddest thing was having a swollen uvula. That feels wierd! eek
