*Endless life, massive death, one singular, one multiple* Me: They really are opposites. Any way to balance the two, like a Rayquaza to Kyogre and Groudon?

Caleb found himself a seat before taking off his backpack and sitting down. His Fennekin jumped down into his lap. He stared at his backpack as Sycamore talked until the books were thrown down on the table. He looked over at them silently. He just sort of stared at them. He had heard about the war yes, but certain parts of it he was a bit skeptical about. To him they had always just been stories. Things were beginning to click in his head.

Sycamore shook his head. "There is a third Legendary Pokémon, but it's been asleep for a long, long time. I don't know a whole lot about it just yet." "So, where are all these Legendary Pokémon?" Maddy asked. Where was important to know, since it may give them an edge on Lysandre. "It may be a coincidence, but both Xerneas and Yveltal reached the end of their life cycles and went into a deep slumber almost 1000 years ago. In fact, I think it will be exactly 1000 years sometime this year." Sycamore began to explain. "They're supposed to wake up after 1000 years of sleep. Xerneas was said to have transformed into a giant tree and Yveltal a giant cocoon." He sighed. "But that's all the important information I have to tell you. Other than what they transformed into, I have absolutely no idea where they may be hidden too." Maddy straightened up a little. "It sounds like we may not have much time." "It certainly seems that way. I will do some calculations and figure out the exact date of the 1000-year mark. For now, I will send my assistants to seek more information on the Legendary Pokémon and where they may be." Maddy looked around the room at each and every one of her teammates. She then sighed. "I guess that means our business here is done, for now." Sycamore gathered up his two books off the table. "Before you leave, I just want to thank you all again for your help. I would also like to suggest you move from Coumarine City." Maddy nodded. "I had been planning on making the trip to Anistar City. I'll hasten the preparations if you think we best move again." "Yes, I think that would be best. Lysandre may be laying low, but he may still be keeping tabs on you all." "True. Anyways, we're done here." She turned to her companions and led them from the house and out into the open night air. "Well, that was interesting. Do you guys think we can find those two Legendary Pokémon before Lysandre?" She asked them all, leading them out of town.

Caleb tried his best just to think of the name of the third Kalos legendary, but it'd been a while since he had heard the stories about the mythical creatures. It was difficult for him to remember to say the very least. He had heard the gist of the rofessor's discussion though, but kept silent.
Caleb started getting up as Maddy looked around at everyone and said their business was done for now. His Fennekin climbed onto his shoulder. He rubbed his arm as Sycamore thanked them. He didn't really get a chance to say anything before Maddy mentioned moving to Anistar. There wasn't really anything for him to say about that, or Lysandre. He followed everyone out of the house. Caleb raised an eyebrow as she asked them if they thought they could beat Lysandre to finding the legendary pokemon.
Caleb shrugged. "It'll be difficult...they're legends for a reason. I sure hope so though. I can only imagine what they could do in the wrong hands..." he said, vaguely remembering the stories again. He'd definitely have to catch up on those stories again.

Allen listened quietly to the conversation going around, he really had nothing to contribute, however there was a lot to process, not much room for any of his thoughts, so he kept to himself. In all honestly he was distracted from the moment he learned they would be coming to Dendemille Town. He waved his goodbyes to Sycamore and followed Maddy out into the night.
"I wonder." He chuckled, "Seems we have a tendency to always be in the dark up till the very moment something happens. I guess we really do have an edge here. However slight it may be." He sighed and looked around, "is there anything else we have to do? I.... I have something I need to do." He kind of trailed off, looking off toward the center of the town.

Maddy was standing outside Courmarine Hotel, beneath a lamp post. The light coming it was weak, indicating the bulb would flicker and die soon. It was daytime though, so it's not like it was noticeable. She had a smoke to her lips and seemed fairly bored. Her Garchomp and Haxorus were currently nowhere to be seen, but that didn't mean Maddy was out of their sight.

I hopped off the boat and onto dry land. It had been a fairly long ride from Goldenrod to Courmarine, but he was used to spending extended periods of time at sea. Even so, it was good to stretch your land legs, he decided. He meandered around the port awhile, before finding a bench and sitting down on it. He arched his back and yawned, enjoying the feel of the warm sunshine on his face, the feel of the breeze coming off the water. He drew out both his Pokeballs and let Rex and Grace out to enjoy the same feelings, the two of them seemingly glad to be back ashore again.
"Enjoy it, you two. We're about to get real busy."
He pulled out his TADS and pulled up his messages. Apparently, he was supposed to go to the Courmarine Hotel, wherever that was. Sure, he could pull up a map, but where was the fun in that? Where was the adventure?
He sprang up from the bench, and returned his Pokemon to their respective Pokeballs. He started down the street of the port, looking around, observing every new thing. Courmine wasn't as metropolitan as Goldenrod, he decided, but it sure was lively, in its own way.
He spent some time looking around the city, before finally coming to the Hotel. His eyes locked on it, and he froze for a moment, not in fear, but in excitement. His nerves a flutter, he approached the entry, but paused before entering.
'Collect yourself, Dorian,' he though, 'Don't let them see you like this.'
He decided he was content to lean against a nearby post for sometime. It came to his attention that he did not fully understand his TADs, so he drew it out and began messing around with the settings.

It came to his attention that he did not fully understand his TADs, so he drew it out and began messing around with the settings. Maddy snapped back into reality suddenly. "How long have I been standing out here?" She wondered out loud. Her cigarette had burned away and turned into a small pile of ashes on the ground. She sighed and was reaching into her pocket for a new one when she noticed a young man standing near her, fiddling with a TADS. Oh right! A new recruit! She thought. She had forgotten that she had admitted a new person into the guild just yesterday. "Ahem." She coughed to clear her throat. "You must be..." Oh, s**t! What was his name again? She began to panic a little on the inside, she had been so stressed out by the goings on with Team Flare that she had seemed to have lost her train of thought when it came to Team Aqua. The name then came to her. "... Dorian? I'm Maddy, leader of Team Aqua." She flicked her black hair away from her face, revealing an eye patch over her left eye. She smiled.

Rose and her Persian spotted Maddy talking to a person she didn't know and Rose walked towards them both to investigate. "Greetings, boss" Rose said in greeting as her Persian stopped beside her and began grooming itself.

Dorian looked up from his TADS, surprised to have been approached. Putting his TADS away, Dorian stood at his full height and smiled back at the woman who had come up to him. "A pleasure, ma'am. I look forward to working with Team Aqua." He'd not expected someone so... young. When he pictured the leader of Team Aqua in his head, he had imagined someone older, more grizzled, someone like Salty, a sea-worn veteran with a storm brewing in his eyes. But, still, it was nice to be here working with Team Aqua. He shifted in place, uncomfortably. "So... We work out of a hotel?"

Caleb had been reading out behind the hotel for a little while. He had been trying to catch up on the lore and history of Kalos. The book he had bought in Lumiose was a decent start at least. It had been at least, the book was now on his face as he took a nap under the tree he was under.

Maddy shrugged uncomfortably. "It's a weird situation." She began, scratching the back of her head. "We lost our base back in Lilycove City and were chased to Kalos. It all happened too fast to have a second base set up in time." She then let out a sigh. "Team Flare is out to get us as well, so we aren't able to settle down anywhere too long." She then clapped her hands together, noticing Rose joining them. "You've joined up at a good time though! We're actually moving to Anistar tonight. I hear it's a very lovely city." Maddy turned to go back into the hotel to fetch her things and noticed Caleb napping under a tree. "HEY! Uhhhh..." Dammit, what was his name?! She kinda went quiet for a few moments before suddenly shouting, "YOU!" How had she been on the same team with someone for so long and not even been introduced?!

Hearing that they were moving tonight, Rose waved at Donovan "Sounds like I better go collect my few belongings that are here" she explained before racing into the hotel, grabbing her backpack with all her belongings in it, and racing back out while she was putting it on.

Allen had been up in the sky for the majority of the day, looking for some kind of reason to be a good samaritan "Let's head back to get you some rest." He patted his Volcarona's back and she she swooped into position before flying back to Coumarine.
A few minutes later he could see the city split by the cliff face. "Yo!" He called to a few fellow teammates. Ubella, the Volcarona, flapped her wings hard as she neared the ground to slow the decent to a point where Allen could hop off safely and return her.

Colton fell from the sky and crashed into the coffee table. "Hello?" he asked while brushing the rubble off of his shoulder. The Pokeballs around his waist indented into his side. "Who is ready for a mission!" he said excitedly while fiddling with the cuffs on his collared shirt. A shirt that was showing one too many buttons undone.
