Tossing out my Nightmare (Dark on Steroids) concept for my zanpakuto. The command was far too long anyway.
That Tachibana Dosetsu though, he had a good thing going.

Ever wonder why Kakashi renamed the Chidori? He cut a bolt of lightning with it. Based on...
Tachibana Dosetsu was a samurai in the 1500s. He owned a sword called Chidori, 1000 Birds. Japan being full of nifty pokemon creatures, he managed to kill a Raiju that come down to the ground inside lightning strikes when it attacked him. He renamed the sword Raikiri, Lightning Cutter.
