I'm trying to. I'm so conditioned to sleep around twelve AM, and get up at seven AM. Now if I try to go to sleep earlier, I lie awake until twelve o'clock rolls around. D: So I'm going to bed around eleven thirty, to ease myself back into the habit of going to sleep earlier. D:

Or without doing some kind of anti positive reinforcement.
