I don't remember. Head to the map of Gaia and go right to the factory area. There is a place where you can get the house. I almost want to say it is free, but upgradeing it cost. The lots are free unless you want to move it, then it cost.

Welp I STILL haven't seen Transformers.. was gonna today but b/c of events I only gots to see Shrek the 3rd, but it was still flippin'awesome ;p

I liked transformers which surprised me because I laughed out loud in the theater when I first saw the trailer for it. I found the idea of a live action transformers movie highly amusing...
