I'm sorry for being impatient, since you've had ample opportunity to post a reply. I myself am having trouble keeping up with the RP community due to the rigor of my classes at school. I was off for two days because my internet was down, and was disappointed to see that you hadn't replied. Honestly, degrading me with such a word is offending, and I'd kindly ask that you never use it again. Your age provides no seniority, only your knowledge.

Meta- i can understand that im letting you down and im sorry, i really am, not am i crew to just this guild but to 2 others, also i have school and a job, which i mange and deal with 72 sissy's who cant tie their shoes with out my foot up their butt. crying p.s. i cant wait till Luo comes back. and i hate my internet

I think we need to explain that the bloody mist is in fact dead ( i think we have a lot of crazies that don't know that *glances at Michael Cornelius*).
-The requirements for becoming Genin should be altered since we don't really follow that system anyway
-we need to edit the mission requirements so that they follow the new mission point system rather than a mission number system
- the requirement for becoming Oinin should probably also be changed, and it should be the same for both Jounin and Chuunin, or if anything it should be harder for chuunin rather than being easier for Chuunin
- the requirements for becoming ANBU may need to be changed, idk how Luo wants to handle that really
- we haven't really decided how one becomes a Sannin so we should really take that out completely
those are the main things that need to be edited, and I think there are probably some things we should add, I just can't think of what those might be

A couple of times, I DID think I was going to die though.... Where'd ya go?
The very top of a mountain in West Virginia. I went to ride a four wheeler. xD
@Greg- Yeah, but even if some of us didn't have any 2nd RPC's; we'd still be inactive. I mean, almost all of us are going from summer to school, and don't yet have our schedule's fixed. I know, mine is hectic at the moment and I'm straining myself to find time to eat, let alone get on Gaia; but in a few weeks, I'll have my priorities straight (because my school does take top priority over Gaia) and be able to find time for Gaia more easily. It has nothing to do with second RPC's or people becoming inactive. Just... busy...
