[Elleon ~ Castle That Never Was ~ Where Nothing Gathers]
Elleon returned to her seat and poured another glass of champagne, sitting again with her legs hanging over one arm of the chair and her back pressed against the other. The next Replica choosings were interesting enough, but she was paying them little mind, only watching Ajora with the obsession of a love-crazed fan-girl. The blonde was trying to catch every twitch in his facial expressions. It wasn't that she was staring him down, just merely trying to gain a little insight. However, she couldn't help but avert her gaze and roll her eyes when it came to be Nick's turn.
He talks . . . SO much. I'm going to rip his lips off, I swear . . .
After Ajora had his fill as well, he proceeded with the meeting, leaving Elleon curious about what he was to do with the other Replicas. She had a beautiful purpose for them if they were going to do nothing else but rot unused. It would be out of place for her to absorb any more, but that wasn't her wish. She would have to discuss it with him later.
"I suppose I'll have one as well," The dark agromancer said, sounding like her mind was obviously on other things, "They sound handy."

[Azrael: Castle That Never Was: Where Nothing Gathers]
Azrael took a long drag, blowing the smoke out and watching it travel to the charms, then carry one off back to Az. "Couldn't hurt, right?" And then he dropped it into a dark portal. Or rather, opened it and let it fall into a very furry, clawed hand that came out of it. Noku could hold on to it for him well enough.
And of course, he had to make one, small little comment to Nich. "Prove it." And then he took another small drag and fully settled into his chair.

[Matthew :-: Red Rose :-: Training Room]
Matt nodded at Kyle in response. "That's right, I can do the Blue Magics. I've already picked up a couple tricks; I can breathe fire or water, drain an enemy's MP with a hammer, confuse everything within earshot, stuff like that," he explained, pleased that he was able to do things physically impossible just a week ago. "I've been able to learn new abilities from just about everything, including Heartless and Magitek armor. The downside is that I have to get hit by the ability in question, and even then it's not a guaranteed learning," he grumbled. The blue mage really did not like having to get smacked around to learn new skills, even if it was making him much more versatile.

[ Kyle : Hawaii : Training Room ]
"You have to get hit?" Kyle responded, blinking somewhat as his face scrunched up. "Well, that sucks. Don't you have, like, a Lancet move or something? I remember that's how Kimahri learned his moves in Ten... though, then again, he's the only Blue Mage I know with that ability..."

"Nope, I play by the old school rules. Get hit or nothing," he replied. "Besides, Lancet is more of a dragoon deal; though I'm not sure why."

[ Kyle : Hawaii : Training Room ]
"Dragoon, huh?" he repeated, lifting his arm and looking at it, analyzing it, as he opened and closed his fist a few times.
Riiight, in the older games it was just a way to drain health and energy, only Kimahri had the Learn-part added... Hmm...
"I wonder," he began, his voice trailing off as he let Light energy manifest around his arm from the elbow down.
It's a Dragoon skill, so I should be able to figure it out...
.:Well, you might as well cut the Light-- you haven't even learned the basic ability and you're trying to augment it.:.
Oh.
The yellow Light faded from his arm, and he focused somewhat intently on trying to figure out the ability. However, nothing was coming to him. He frowned, the gears in his mind turning.
"How about I make you a deal, Mathy," he said, stepping a few feet away and summoning his swallow-spear. "We duke it out for a bit and hope I learn it, hmm? These things come more quickly when they're needed, I find."

[Dawn : Red Rose : Training Room]
Dawn stood silently listening to the conversation between Kyle and this new guy Matthew. The way they interacted it seemed the two knew each other pretty well. She tilted her head to the side as they said about abilities and whatnot. This new guy was a Blue Mage and it seemed him and Kyle were about to do some sparing of their own.
"Umm," Dawn said finally, "I guess I am not really needed here. Unless you want a dancer with pompoms on the sidelines."

[Matthew :-: Red Rose :-: Training Room]
Matt put his hand to his chin as he thought over Kyle's proposal. He wasn't tired at all from his duel with Joe; the Training Room's work he supposed. Still, he wasn't too sure if he was up for another fight. "I dunno Kyle, I don't really like having to fight people I know. Although it would help out our group more if people knew more skills... But then you could teach it to me! Then I could be the facepuncher for Blue Magic instead of the facepunchee! Genius!" he rambled on. Matt's would greatly improved at the prospect of being able to learn new magic in more than one way.
"Alright, let's do it. And you can stay if you wanna Dawn. If you'd rather do something else, try not to get too terribly far. I'm sure I'll end up having to learn something from you later," he said. Matt decided to accept that after this, he was probably going to try and round up as many people as he could and take turns facepunching with everyone.

[ Kyle : Hawaii : Training Room ]
Kyle couldn't help but grin at Matthew's response. Good, time to set things up, then.
"Actually, Dawn, why don't you go ahead and do some sort of supportive dance for Matthew?" he asked, taking a few more steps back as he prepared. "That should be able to keep me on my toes. And to push things along-- Training Room! Personal Handicap at ten percent health!"
An odd, sickly aura seemed to wrap around Kyle for a brief moment before vanishing, and with its leave he felt the mass amount of health stolen from him. He even felt his mana circuits raging with energy- signs of a Limit Break, he assumed, as he'd never actually done one. However, the Limit is not what was on his mind.
"Come at me!" he shouted, holding his swallow spear out to his side in one hand; his stance didn't seem very defensive at all. More like he was standing proudly, daring Matthew to come forward.

"Well I don't necessarily have anything planned," Dawn said to Matt then turned to Kyle when he said for her to help support Matt, "Sure thing, what I am good at."
With her statement Dawn jumped away from them and to the other side of the room as she summoned her fans. Before she started her dancing, granting Matt with the effect of her War Dance as she moved.

{Demyx .:. Red Rose .:. Womens' Bath}
When Noelle's curtain ripped and plunged her back down into the tub, Demyx laughed aloud at the poor girl. He was about to fool around with her a little more when Dani went back on her mini-tirade, and instead the Nobody rolled his eyes. Seriously, couldn't the girl just get over herself already?
Then she passed out.
"Whoa!" Demyx shouted as Dani's head cracked against her tub. He was halfway out of the water by the time Kyla reached her side, and was able to see the blood mingling with the water pooling on the floor. Jenny was able to close the wound with a quick run on her flute, and Demyx looked at the Time Mage with interest. Slowly, he lowered himself back into his tub, looking at the girls in the room thoughtfully, wondering what they were going to do from here.
{Bobbi .:. Red Rose .:. Yep, totally the men's room}
I didn't even notice the curtains! Bobbi thought frantically when Sora mentioned them, and twisted around in the tub until she could find them. Hastily, she reached out and drew the curtain across the tub, blocking herself from view. Well, relatively. They were semi-transparent, enough that she didn't feel the slight touch of claustrophobia she usually got with opaque shower curtains. At least it concealed who exactly she was. All that would be distinguishable was her general build and long hair. She felt a moment of panic as she tried to remember if any of the guys in the group could be mistaken for her if in a tub and seen only as a shadow in the curtains, then decided it didn't matter.
"Thanks!" the Archer said without thinking, then clapped both hands over her mouth.
Ohmygod. I'm never going to live this down, am I? she though, and felt her face getting even hotter.
~:No,:~ Shiva said, and Bobbi could tell the Esper was trying hard not to laugh. ~:No you're not.:~

[Matthew :-: Red Rose :-: Training Room]
Matt felt his muscles suddenly grow taut as Dawn started her dancing. 'Well I'll be damned, this is one of those games where dancers are badass supporters,' he thought. 'Hey, you got any idea for a Mix that can make this better?' he asked. 'For this I would saaaaaay... An Eye Drop and a Bomb Fragment.'
Following his summon's advice, he called forth a clear vial with a dropper and a spherical crystal containing a flame inside it. He mixed them together in his usual fashion, and a shower of red sparks flew out and were absorbed into Matt's body. The Sure Strike Mix had given him the Valor status, and he felt himself grow stronger yet.
"Here I go!" he said before charging at Kyle. Matt decided he'd kick things up a notch and let lady luck choose if his attack would be enhanced even further. Once he was a few feet away from the dragoon, he dispelled his scimitar and balled up his dominant hand into a fist."Goblin Punch!" he called out, and his fist burst into a brilliant white light; it would seem that lady luck granted him her blessing. Matt's fist shot out towards Kyle with a great deal of strength behind it.
((OOC: (10 base PS + 5 PS from Goblin Punch) * 1.5 from Bravery * 2 from Valor = 45 PS))

[Alice :: The Castle that Never Was :: Where Nothing Gathers]
Alice looked on, watching as the remainder of the Replicas on the table began to dwindle in numbers. What the animator found amusing was that out of the entire procession, the two Earthlings seemed the most violent. She raised an eyebrow; for Replicas, born completely out of dark memories to be more civil than humans who surely held a combination of both light and dark memories. They really had to be twisted, ah well, one of the reasons why they were amongst them and not the other Earthlings.
Then the spitting image of Jenny stayed atop the platform, and Alice watched as Ajora's facials changed ever so slightly as he delicately went about absorbing the replica. No matter which way Alice looked at it, they were destroying them but to do so with such an expression on his face... The animator kept her features schooled as she wondered what could possibly be going through Ajora's mind. What would cause a person such as Ajora to take on a demeanor such as the one that passed through his features. To Alice, it seemed like quite a useful piece of information to obtain. ..
But perhaps, to the others it quickly passed as they all focused their the charms dangling from his fingers. Alice pushed aside her thoughts for deliberation later when she wasn't in the midst of such dangerous company.
"I'll take one," Alice chided in as a single charm hovered out of Ajora's grasp and into the reach of Alice's outstretched hand. Slowly opening her fingers, she eyed the little mechanism that was so alike the ones the Earthlings had obtained. Meh, should prove its usefulness somewhere down the road.

[Joe: Red Rose: Men's Bathing Area]
It took a bit to find, but Joe had persevered. He doubted this place wouldn't have some place to bathe. And he was right. And he even found the men's area, too!
So surprised to say he found Sora in there. Well, not really surprised, Sora was male. He gave the keyblader a nod of 'sup?' before he started stripping down.
First the breastplate, then the shirt. Then the belts and boots and pants and underwear and socks. All the clothes got thrown into a corner, away from everyone and thing, and then he stepped towards the bath in his full glory, scars on his hairy torso looking mildly out of place on his flesh.
Which, of course, got him to realize there was someone in the baths. And it wasn't a boy, judging from the 'thanks'.
"Hey Bobbi." And then Joe got into a tub of his own, leaving the curtain open and lounging against the side as it filled up with warm water. He didn't give a crap that there was a girl in there. After all, he fought beside her. She was a partner, a comrade, an ally. Not a sexual object to him.
Plus, you know, him being gay and all.

[ Sora : Red Rose : Men's Room ]
As Joe entered, Sora waved his semi-wet hands at him, pulling a paper towel out of the dispenser to dry his hands off. It was about that time, however, that he heard the person in the bath say 'thanks'.
A very familiar, very feminine voice.
As Joe said hey, Sora couldn't help but chuckle. "Not too fond of reading signs, eh, Bobbi?" he asked, laughing to himself as he exited the bathroom.
[ Kyle : Red Rose : Training Room ]
As Dawn started dancing, Kyle cursed himself for not paying attention to her during battles; he had no idea which dance she was doing, though it was something supportive instead of harmful.
Kyle watched as Matthew summoned some random items and forced them together-- alchemy? He could mix items on the fly? Well, that was certainly helpful. Still, Kyle couldn't tell what statuses Matthew had imbued himself with, leaving him relatively clueless.
Just stick with the basics.
The Blue Mage came running forward, and Kyle tensed as he did so, watching his body, the slight nuances of his movement. The dispelling of the blade was a slight surprise, as well as the glowing fist. But a punch was a just a punch, especially with how straight-forward it was.
Kyle quickly side-stepped Matt's fist, his body moving with a slight, evasive blur-- enhanced beyond typical reflexes from his time in this new universe. In the same motion, he lifted his free hand as if to push Matt's arm away, and instead released a Banish spell. The 'force push', accompanied by the flash of light, wasn't exactly strong, but it was meant more as a deterrent than an actual attack, especially since he was adding side-momentum to Matthew's already-high forward-momentum.
"A head-on attack?" Kyle asked, somewhat amused; he had no idea just how close he'd come to being crushed. He took this chance to hop backward a few feet before charging his legs and Vaulting to the other side of the Training Room, putting a large distance between the two fighters.
