Hollis kissed him. "We're better here. We have friends. We have a home. We'll get through." she told him, rubbing his back.

Hollis took a deep breath, "I know.. It's okay. Everything is okay" she said with a genuine smile.

Hollis nodded , "I know. This is great," she said still smiling. She stroked his cheek with her thumb and closed her eyes.

Nick got up to check on mara and layla, both asleep, mara on the couch, layla in her crib.

Hollis looked at Nick, "Is the fight over?" She asked, resting on the bed.

"Give me back mine and Alice's child now." Leon threatened. The demon was spilling blood and Leon's soul had shreds trying to float off. "Try and take him" snarled the beast. Leon slashed the demon again and again. His sword glowing brighter, the longer the battle drove on. The demon eventually stopped and made the tiny child appear in his hand. "Come any closer and I will crush the child in my fist." the demon growled. Leon stopped his attack. "If you hurt my son I will destroy you." Leon yelled. His soul seemed to be boiling with rage.

((Sry for the absence I didn't expect it would be that long. wat happened while i was gone??)) "Dunno, I lost count from so much time traveling. Last I knew I was around 16 or 17." She sipped her orange juice a little.

Larve was curious.
"yes mell? Anything..." he said putting a hand on her shoulder.
"no...leon and the deamon are outside."

Leon stood his ground. "Give me my child" he yelled.
The demon looked at the tiny child. "I think I am getting attached to this little boy. Maybe I will keep him and raise him myself." the monster smiled. The demon's eyes suddenly grew wide in pain. His fist tried to close but it couldn't. The demon looked behind him.
Leon's body was there with the sword through the demons spine. Leon's eyes were soulless. Leon's soul smiled. "I can't believe you didn't notice my body wasn't where I left it." He pointed to the spot were it had been. "No" the monster growled before he fell to the ground Leon's body caught the child after dropping the sword. The beast disapeared. Leon went back into his body and held the baby softly. He walked through the inn back to the room. He was exhausted. He had to split his soul slightly to be able to have bis body sneak up on the demon. He made it to the room gently placing the squeeling baby gently on a pillow before falling onto the couch unconcious.

Hollis got up as she heard Leon come in. She hesitated at the door and looked at Nick.

Alice ran to leon and the baby. she fed th ebaby quickly noticing he was bigger. his tail starting to grow hair as were his lycan ears. she was able to put the baby in a newborn sized diaper and he ate two ounces at a time. once he was done she laid him down to sleep and tended to leon. putting the liquid in his mouth and crying out as his soul began to heal itself.
Nick sighed happily as he saw the boy unharmed.
