I find their application message rather amusing.
They write: "team aqua rules!!!!!" (caps as written, might be off by a ! or two)
It's a nice compliment, but hardly helpful in sending them their starter!

Oh, and then there's one of our newest members. He hasn't made an appearance in HQ yet, but he made his 'profile.' I've been trying to get him settled in through PMs, and I've already pointed out where he went wrong.
But I think he might live in Europe. All his PMs have been sent in the early morning, and he's never online when I get home to respond.

If your criteria is 'above and beyond' I'd have to say no, they didn't do a good job. It was a fairly average two-person TRP.
Edit: But the page numbers should be there if you want to read for yourself.
