You never did seise to meet rather interesting people around here, did you? He must of had a pretty good ammount of power in him to do such a thing. Elena watched in suprise as the massive city appeared overheard.
"That's an interesting ability you have. I guess its not something we can go to, huh? " Not unless he allowed it, or they used an airship to get to it.

"You could get up there by airship or teleportation, but only if you were authorized. Otherwise, the barrier will just bounce you away. Even teleportation wouldn't work without authorization. It could in fact be a good way to get away from enemies. Even now, the barriers are functional, except the visual one, which is what hides it normally."

"Alright, and, exactly how do we get authorized? You'd need to give the authorization, right?" She glanced down away from the stucture, as she looked back to Terran. "Looks interesting, though..Maybe someday you can show me the place?"

"Actually, I'm only one of the people that can give it. Others are my mother, who is all the way back home, and the chief engineer, and trust me, he can't be tricked into it. He's one of the few Espardians that can't be harmed or killed, or mentally manipulated, and like all Espardians, he's immune to toxins that effect the mind. Also, he doesn't like to leave his tower. As for showing you the city, I can do that any time I wish."

"Ah, I see." She nodded slightly. Well, weren't they a pair of lucky people. Immune to such things. Shrugging she grinned. "Alright, Well. Hopefully when things clear up around here, I can go on a tour with you."
Meanwhile,back in the city in another part of the area where people had been walking along, some window shopping, but one women stood out in the crowed, wearing a pink dress and red short cropped jacket, handing small flowers out to people.She still kept up her small bussness of selling flowers for only a GIL. But offten, she gave them for free when she saw someone that needed them more.
A younger girl was standing beside her, she also held a small basket of flowers,and seemed to be selling more then Aerith herself! Everyone that saw the adorable little girl had to stop and buy a flower or two from her.
Though when the skys got darker all of the sudden, Ariel was the first to look up and point. Her face turning of fright. "Mommy, Its that big rock! It's comeing!"
Aerith blinked, looking up towards the sky. Sighing, the young women shook her head and knelt down beside her future daughter. "That's not the meteor, sweetie. Actually, I don't know what that is..I feel so much magic comeing from it...I don't tihnk its of any threat to us, Don't worry. Let's go,Maybe someone knows something about it." Smileing softly, she took Ariels hand and walked off down the path.

"Clear up? Things seem normal to me. Perhaps you could explain inside." Terran fired off two up near Pandemona City, then went to hold the door for Elena. "Women first." He smiled, then followed it with, "I would say 'Ladies first' but you seem too well trained to fit the term 'Lady'"

"Right now,but not exactly." She nodded slightly, before walking back to the bar, stepping though she smirked at his comment.She went to take her seat,before explaneing the situation. " There are a few things us Turks need to handle.Such as finding the wareabouts of our partners.There have been rumors I only am praying are a lie, that three other partners of mine were killed. And, Until we know for sure, we'll keep searching."

"It would be great, if you could. A few of the avalanche members are helping as well, Yuffie, Aerith, Theres a girl named Rinoa that has become friends with us, She's also helping. So I suppose we do have a good ammount of searchers, but so far we had no luck." She glanced around the bar for a moment, unsure of how to explane it any better. That pretty much was the details.

"Umm..I don't think so. Back then, We Turks weren't very much on the social side with avalanchie.So they would have never met with you.If thats what you mean." She had only just met Terran herself, so it was highly unlikely he would ever of known Tseng, Rude and Rufus.

Elena nodded. "Yes..I think she might be messing with us, but until im sure, like I said, We want to keep looking. " Her eyes narrowed ever so slighgtly. "It was her friend who killed ..Reno. That much I know is true..Because I was there when it happend..But she said she had killed the others.."

"In that case, I have to offer you a place of refuge." Terran grabbed his staff, and the Spirit Crest materia glowed. He closed his eyes, and sent a telepathic message towards Pandemona City.
He opened his eyes, and moments later, there was three loud crashes outside. In walked three men with green fur, and a gemstone in each one's forhead. One of them was holding a an odd shaped materia, and the two in the back were sharing the burden of a huge crate, inside which was a black box about 1 cubic foot. The one in the front handed the strange materia to Terran who focused his energy and cast a spell on Elena. Then he went over to the huge crate. As he approached, he began to change, first his flesh turned green, and the air about him swirled, then a golden aura appeared around him, swirling slowly at first, then rapidly accelerating to insane speeds as his skin and hair turned a ruby red. He reached into the crate, his muscles suddenly bulging as he grabbed the black box inside, and his magic levels rising and falling at an alarming rate. He opened the box, and pulled out a ring. He stood up, and walked back to Elena, his magic normalizing, and his muscles returning to normal. He placed the ring on the counter in front of her. "Three things. One, you're now authorized to enter Pandemona City. Two, wear this ring when you recruit a Turk, and they'll be able to enter an entry portion of Pandemona City, though not the rest until they've been fully authorized. Three... I need an elixer." Just as he finished that sentence, his magic levels, already low, dropped to almost nothing, and he fainted.
The three Espardian men that had come in, took the oddly shaped materia, and left with it and the crate containing the black box, returning to Pandemona City.
((Aerith, remember, Terran's body should feel like it weighs around the same amount as... a half-gallon of milk. This is no joke. Also note, that in Terran's current state, he is immune to anything that drains magic, exluding the object that is now sealed away, beyond reach))
