*Ceres turns back to the battle and curses. Livid she turns on kaiori.* Look what you made me miss! Now this was a total waste of time. Get on the bike I'm taking you back. *Ceres pulls her helmet on and swings herself on to her motorbike.*
*Kaiori sighs and sits on the back of the bike. She wraps her arms around Ceres's waist and holds on for dear life. Ceres roars the motor and screeches off into the forest.*

A figure walked through the woods, quiet, practically blending into the brush. Her feet were bare, letting her feel the ground beneath her feet. She smiled, showing fangs, then she leaned down before leaping high into the trees. She crouched on a branch that supported her weight and sighed.
Blue eyes glowed lightly in the shadows before closing. A low growl came from her as she grew more frustrated with her own boredom. She felt so alive, but too cooped up, like she didn't have a purpose anymore. She had avenged her family, her mate, and her friends and now she was left with nothing to do but walk around silently, moodily.
She had no desire to return to her own lands, to rule, no desire to go back to the ones that had been so easily decieved. ~Let them rought~ she thought to herself, with slight amusement in her expression filled eyes. She could imagine what the council was going through, panic probably, without her they would have no heir to become king and most likely the people would have to govern themselve.
She sighed and then reclined back on her tree limb, then grinned from ear to ear.

Verge was back at the waterfall. This place had begun to seem alot more like home. Nostalgia had gotten the better of him. He undressed and stood under the waterfall. He had just finished cleaning Fury and although all the blood had been washed off him during Fury's wash, he still felt the need to take a shower. The water was surprisingly warm, though it was only because Verge heated it with his flames. The warm water rolled over his body. His black and white hair was matted down infront of his face as he was leaning forward and looking down. He just let the water wash over him in a cleansing way. A healing way. He felt dirty. He WAS dirty. And that was a problem.
"I haven't fallen into complete darkness....but....who's to say that I'm not on the verge of-"
Verge stopped. He smirked and gave into a silent fit of chuckles. Verge was on the verge. He emitted a small growl like laugh that came from deep within his throat. Irvine had chosen the name Verge Zenith for a reason. He chose it because it meant somthing. 'On the edge of ending it all'. Thats exactly what Verge was on the 'verge' of doing. Ending it all. Verge stood up to his full height and brushed his hair back with his hand. He began rubbing his neck but eventually he moved his hand down to the point just above his shoulder blades. The point where his tattoo was. He felt around that spot but didn't feel anything other then skin. Ofcourse he wasn't supposed to feel anything, however he did know his tattoo was there. And he knew what it said.
"Solus Deus Licet Judex Meus. 'Only God May Judge Me'. And he's the only p***k who can judge me..."
Verge stepped out've the way of the water and over to his clothes. He shok himself out first but then picked up his pants and slid them on. He zipped them up and buttoned them just as he began putting on his boots. He laced them up and tied a knot at the top before proceeding with his shirt which he just put his arms through and didn't bother buttoning for the moment. He snapped his fingers like last time and Fury appeared on his back in a burst of flames. Innocence and Impurity also appeared in their holsters. He then buttoned his shirt up and picked up his coat. He turned north and began that way. He twirled his coat as he did and then slid both arms in it in one graceful move. Verge felt a strange aura to the north and therefore, that was his destination.
"Looks like we have a visitor....let me be the first to welcome them."

~Maybe it was time.~ The woman thought. ~Time to move on.~
She pouted stubbornly and shook her head to clear it of the thought and rolled, falling from her branch, landing in a crouch, before standing upright. She glanced to the left of her and walked through the brush and soon found herself standing in a small clearing, a tree near the center. She walked quietly over and placed a hand on the tree, then smiled.
~Home.~ she thought.
She set her sword aside, then her arrows and her bow, keeping them in range. She then used her pack as a pillow and layed down, staring up at the stars. She sighed as it grew colder, it wasn't like it bothered her. . .it was more of a reminder.
She closed her eyes.

*Ceres darts between the trees. Just running for the want to run. She wasn't really needed for Dom's silly plans, she was allowed to come and go. She was a spy, an extra. That was true for everything. What made kaiori so important? Why was her other half so special, they were the same person in the end. Growling she pulls up her knee and literally kicks a tree over. She stands over the tree, panting and glowering. Why did she even care all of a sudden? Kaiori suffered a lot more then she did; she should be laughing her head off. Yet something didn't feel right this time.*

CSK: *Had been tropping through the forest everyday for the past few days, since Aria had left supposedly for New York but she had returned a few hours ago pale and shaking. He kept walking when a heavy thud reached his ears not far off. He turned and bounded off in that direction as fast as his tiny legs could carry him. He reached the object that made the sound and froze, it was Phia. He walked over to her and looked her over, she was dead. The furry black form of CSK gave way to the black haired, green-eyed, black clothed form of Erike. He picked up Phi's body and cradled it in her arms, rocking gently.* Oh God Phi... I'm I'm so sorry...*After several momentsl, he stood up with her in his arms and walked back to the Black Company.*

Kuro had been frustrated with her current situation, at times she had of course sobbed, cried, and/or usually moped about until she grew tired and fell asleep. Now, she felt something else well with her and it was called. . .
RAGE!
She was tired, sick and tired. She had been only at her makeshift home for only 3 days and yet again, her past had caught up with her. She growled slightly, her eyes narrowed at a blade stuck at an angle in her tree, attached to it was a note, that said.
~By law of our lands you are to return home and become our destined lady. You will be married within the next full moon, you have a week to return or we will use force to bring you back.~
"They always had a way with words." Kuro said sacastically. She crumbled the note and threw it into her fire, watching it burn, she then grabbed the dagger and threw it with all her might, smiling to herself when a sharp 'thud was heard, signalling that the dagger had hit a tree, somewhere inside the dark forest. "I will never go back, they can force someone else to marry. Haven't I been tortured enough?!" She screamed up at the sky. "What am I supposed to do, huh?!" She sighed, not expecting an answer, then plopped to the ground, an angry pout on her face.

Unbeknownst to Kuro, she wasn't the only one who was feeling the emotion Rage. Verge had just reappeared in a bright flash of blue flames at his old waterfall home. That woman, Ceres, and the entire town of Hathus had driven Verge over the edge. He'd been tested before, though this time had brought him to his boiling point. Verge NEEDED to release this anger. He was breathing hard and his body had forced a faster regeneration rate, making the wholes in his chest and other places disappear. He bared his fangs and the blue flames swirling about his body raged. Verge's growls began to grow louder, until finally they were roars of anger and frustration. Years of hatred, anger, frustration, pain, suffering, depression and death flooded into Verge. His eyes, which were normally gray and gold, became a solid black with two white spots for irises. He roared again and let his flames run wild.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
The blue flames that had been surrounding his body expanded. Verge literally became the core of an inferno, his blue flames spreading out in a dome-like wave. The trees were turned to ash on contact and the water coming from his waterfall was instantly evaporated into steam which dispersed quite rapidly from the heat. The whole dome of fire expanded for a near 6 mile radius, incinerating all in it's path. If anyone had a scientific thermometer they'd find that Verge's flames would read in at approximately 3500 degrees Kelvin. Thats the surface of a Red Star. The ground became charred and dead. Verge's fit ceased and his blue flames disappated. Trees were burning though, only those 6 miles away. He was weakened. Verge took a seat on the charred earth. He let out a heavy sigh.
"Atleast I feel better..."
He gave a slight chuckle and smirked as he fell onto his back. He was so weak. He'd need some time to recover. And although Verge had this kind've power, he knew he'd hit his peak. He could feel it. Any hotter and he may've been unable to control it. He'd be consumed by his flames. It did, however, ease his mind. He felt with these flames he'd be strong enough for just about anything.
"Soon...soon I'll be ready to teach them all the lesson they deserve to learn...."
Verge laid his head back against the ground he'd destroyed and closed his eyes. He'd just rest for awhile.

Kuro shot up from her sitting position when the sudden urge of danger caught her swiftly. She looked about, her ice blue eyes searching for the impending disaster, that she knew was about to come crashing down on her head.
Finally the feeling became to great and she grabbed her belonging, what little she had and lept behind her tree. It was too late to run, it was coming much too fast. Anger and hate, all at once, the emotions of the person whom ever was generating this power were consuming her. She looked out from behind her tree and her eyes widened.
Blue flames?
Her eyes clouded and she felt her eyes itch, threatening to pour over with tears. She pressed against the tree and closed her eyes and started to whisper, over and over again.
"Protect me. . .Protect me. . ." Her voice trembled and the tree emitted a soft white light. She didn't open her eyes until the roar of the fire left her ears. The light died and she fell to her knees. The trees were mere crisps now, all except for the one in her small clearing, the ground beneath her feet crunched softly and it was as black as night. The smell of charred soil and bark filled her nose. Her heart thudded painfully in her chest.
Blue flames. Blue flames.
"Blue flames, it couldn't be. . ."

Verge sat up slowly. He blinked and then rubbed his eyes. He looked around and slowly what had happened came back to him. He smirked slightly though Cere's getting away still managed to piss him off. He got to his feet and brushed the ashes and dirt off his coat and pants. He looked around and surveyed his damage. The forest had some managed to put out the fires Verge had started. He shrugged slightly. Time had been forgotten. He wondered how long he'd been out. It was dark but that didn't mean a thing most times. He coulda been out a week for all he knew, though he doubted it. He did, however, know he was hungry.
"Hmm...where can I get a bite to eat?"

Kuro stayed near her tree, she didn't want to leave until she knew that the danger had passed. She sighed and looked around, it would take awhile until new growth would begin, for now she would have to find a new place to call home until the forest became green once again, but she didn't want to return to Xol's keep.
She grumbled slightly and sat down on the charred earth, she would also need to start putting up her defenses, there was no way she would go back. She would stay put, alive or dead.
She would kill anyone who thought otherwise.
Kuro picked herself up off the ground and grabbed her pack and weaponry, she dusted herself off, wanting to get the burnt smell off of her clothing. She ran a hand threw her hair and growled with slight agitation as it came in contact with knots and tangles.
She glanced at the sky and thought about the blue fire. There was always a chance that it was him, but she wasn't sure if she could stand to even see him, her heart was still torn in two.
"I walk alone."She whispered."I will forever walk alone."

*Ceres slinks in the shadows of the forest. A nasty headache is the drowned memory of the past few months. Her bare feet are strong and smooth, unscarred by the ruff forest floor as she moves. Her fiery tresses wave behind her in the slight breeze of the cool night. As she walks her silky lips frown dangerously. Her daggers strapped securely to her hips shimmer in the fading light. Her shattering gaze drifts around to catch all movements. She doesn't quite know what to do with herself, but drinking again sounds unappetizing. Perhaps she could stumble on to something slow and make an easy kill to soothe her blood lust.*

Verge sat up in the branches of a large tree. He had moved to a different part of the forest, the dead part he destroyed wasn't very fun anymore. He had just finished wiping blood off his face. He had raided another town and found the children there to be quite delectible. There had been this one girl, couldn't have been older then 6. She was wearing pig tails. Verge shivered as he recounted the carnage. It was beautiful, like a painting. Except this painted had used blood for it's paint. Verge heard movement below and watched as Ceres was walking towards the tree he was in. Verge smirked. This would be fun. He got into a crouched posistion and cupped his hands around his mouth. He threw his voice and made it echo so she wouldn't be able to locate him.
"Ah, Ceres, we meet again. How quaint. You look ill. What's the matter? Not sick are we?"
Verge smirked. He was right. She did look sick. Or atleast she looked like somthing was ailing her. Regardless, he'd kill her anyway. Verge stood up very slowly and carefully. Then with the speed and agility of a cat, he leaped and flipped in the air. He landed behind Ceres and quickly unholstered Impurity and unsheathed Fury simultaneously. He aimed the gun at the back of her head and placed the point of the blade on the back of her neck.
"So how do you want it? Decapitation or a bullet to the head. Oh, and this time should the bullet hit; there won't be a head for it to pop out of. Exploding rounds. You understand."

*Ceres steps forwards turns around slowly. Her eyes narrow under thick lashes and her red lips continuing to frown. She raises a delicate blood red nail and shoves it into his chest. Her voice is raspy and deep.* You..you can... *Her knees buckle and she falls on to her back. Staring up slightly confused she glares at the trees. Her nail still pointing straight out and her hair fanned out around her. She seems to be contemplating her new viewpoint.*
