Heh. Been a while since I trolled wikipedia. At best, I have been withdrawing from much of the net lately. Don't really know why.

Who's to say? You are in a phase of life with work and family responsibilities. With limited time, you must make time for your priorities. FI the net isn't, then it gets less attention.

perhaps . . . but I also don't seem to be too bothered. I come here, and like things on Facebook (open to you, if you want it), and just stick to youtube and netflix.
on a thew marathon.
also annoyed that i discovered reprolabels. so awesome, so expensive . . .

True, I wasn't saying you would leave the net entirely.
Google refuses to tell me what "thew" is aside from an old germanic word for strength.
ReproLabels is TF shirts, correct?

Thew is the moniker of a toy reviewer on youtube that is really quite entertaining. I like listening to his videos, and made sure to like every one of his over 200 toy reviews. As for Reprolabels, it is a company dedicated to making stickers to upgrade one's toys to look more G1 or just better overall. The stickers can make a toy visually pop in ways that production failed to. For instance, my Hercules is a massive toy that has great heft and amazing engineering . . . but as a 3rd party toy, it has no decepticon insignias. There are sets of stickers for all six parts and each one makes it look far more awesome- if I can get them.

Oh, I see. I never thought toys/models would have much of an after market.

I was not aware that TFs even had a 3rd party market until the last couple years. Now, I know there are multiple companies. 16 categories are listed on my online toy shopping site. They make not only toys, but also accessories for toys. It is a major cash sink.

I can imagine they would be, but hobbies are what keeps us sane, even if time/money drains.

strange . . . I see a pic. Oh well, nothing big.
Getting a letter of recommendation from my teacher! That is good news, and could help me in the future. Nothing like an instructor saying "yes, I endorse this one for doctoral level."
