Aw, I can't wait to see my little one do school functions like that! biggrin
Big beds are fun, I know Logan loved picking out his own sheets and everything!
It's just been a stressful week, still adjusting to Logan starting school. gonk

Well, he didn't go yesterday because we had to do his 4 year checkup/shots and it just ended up being a loooong day.
Oh he was totally a-ok with me leaving him there, I was the one who got a little choked up (I did keep my composure till I got to the car!). So, he still hasn't gone through everything exactly just yet. It's just getting him on this earlier sleep schedule, him getting over being sick, and everything else, he's been testing the limits. sweatdrop

Alex'z last performance was last night. It was a great run. The show was a private run thing done by That Girl Productions, but it was more of a summer camp thing not a real show. It had an all child cast instead of an Adult child mixed cast. It was also $400 for 6 weeks. eek I didn't know that till my Dad (who put her in it) told me what a great deal it was. the director/producer being an exstudent and friend of his let Alex do it for free. Dang kids are expencive!
Wow. I remember that first school day. Alex still wants me to walk her to class and she is in 2nd. K didn't want me to walk her up when she was in Preschool. Kindergarten is going to be interesting for her. Good luck with school lunashock. It will get better. My heart still does a little flutter every year on the first day of school and for about a week after. They grow up so fast. sweatdrop

So I just found out Sascha's preschool doesn't start 'til Oct. That seems a little weird to me. Plus I already got her all physiced up. She asks me everyday if it's preschool time yet. Now we have to wait a another month gonk .

Wow, $400!! But it sounds like it was well worth it! I swear, it's crazy how much you realize you spend sometimes. I got lucky I didn't have to buy anything for pre-K this year, but next year, I know the school list is going to be nuts.
October? Wow, that does seem rather late, but maybe you can have another month of mommy and me time!
Today went a LOT smoother I think as Logan gets more adjusted. The teacher was surprised because he just kept saying, "But I want to stay here!" I think I might just make tomorrow a day of relaxing for myself, cause I sure could use it. sweatdrop

I'm sure we could ALL use a day of relaxing. Man Parenting is the toughest job. I freely admit I don't know how those of you can work ontop of parenting. I would be exausted. Working, Parenting , and keeping the house. Parenting alone is exausting. Yup those who work as well are a mystery, and source of admiration.

Fried pickles are the YUM! heart
Aww, how did their first day go? I know I was really nervous and stuff too.
Apparently, Logan's doing really great adjusting. I'm honestly a bit surprised how well he listens and sits to the teacher. Now, why can't he listen to me? rofl
