A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' It's a very basic jutsu and it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination. Among the many users and villages, various variations of Shunshin no Jutsu exist. Gaara, for instance, uses the so-called "Suna-Shunshin" (砂瞬身, "Sand Body Flicker"), which uses sand to cover the user's movement. Other varieties include "Kiri-Shunshin" (霧瞬身, "Mist Body Flicker"), "Mizu-Shunshin" (水瞬身, "Water Body Flicker"), and "Konoha-Shunshin" (木ノ葉瞬身, "Tree Leaf Body Flicker").


It's not a Yondaime technique, everyone above a Gennin level can do it! Hiraishin no Jutsu is the technique he created...

The Yondaime Hokage, also known as "The Yellow Flash of Konoha" ( Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō), was the brave Ninja who was responsible for sealing the Kyūbi no Yōko (Nine-tailed Demon Fox) inside Naruto. Some say he was the greatest ninja Konoha ever produced. He is remembered for his heroic acts through the monument which overshadows Konohagakure. Before he performed the seal, which would not only trap the Demon Fox, but also take his life away, he said that he did not want Naruto to be viewed as the container of a monster, but as a hero who saved the Leaf Village from annihilation (the demon fox's soul still lives inside Naruto). He was a student of Jiraiya, and later the sensei of Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Obito, and Rin. It is widely speculated that he is Naruto's father due to the blond hair and blue eyes they both possess and the similarities in their personalities as noted by Jiraiya. They even have the same blood type (B). Also, during the confrontation between Uchiha Itachi and Hatake Kakashi, Itachi refers to Naruto as Yondaime's legacy.

Techniques that he created include Hiraishin no Jutsu, which allows him to essentially teleport with the use of a special seal, and Rasengan, a technique that does not rely on hand seals, but instead uses a concentration of spinning chakra that causes immense damage to its victim.

Please, point out to me where he uses the Shushin no jutsu?

And like I said, the Body Flicker Technique is something of a Gennin level. One can 'flicker' at great speed, but he was the only one to actuall teleport.

gonk Well in any case the Shushin the Yondaime uses is different and banned, you wanna desapear in leaves, mist, sand or what ever go ahead, but the Yondaime Shushin is still banned.
