"Liam, I'm sorry, ok? I just... couldn't tell you. I knew you'd get mad and I figured it would be better this way, all right?" he murmured. "Fine, I'll let you sleep. I'll make sure you're with us when we go, though," Ridley got up. Soulcrusher came over, laying down beside Liam and putting his huge head on Liam's legs with a snort.

Lenne was having a hard trouble deciding through the night whether or not she should just head off for the mines now, or just wait and go with everyone else. "It's not like anyone would notice that I was gone..." She told herself repeatedly. In the end she decided to stay, simply because it wouldn't matter if she left now or then, and at least this way she'd have a ride there, instead of having to walk, which would do her no good.
So Lenne fell asleep for the rest of the night, away from the rest of the group, with Clementine and Piper near her.
When they awoke in the morning, they waited for the call to head for the mines.

Whack! The purple haired trainer jumped up at the sudden assault to her head. "Owww! Jaidev! What was that for?!" she whined as she held her head in her hands trying to make the pounding go away. The cubone just growled at her in reply. "You aren't still mad at me are you? I'm sorry I went for a ride on Basil but really he's not going to kill me." she complained. Jaidev just glared at her as she threatened to smack the trainer again. "You're not my mother and threatening me with your club again is going to result in it being taken away from you." Pippeh threatened. At that point the cubone put her bone down and just growled irritably.

The short trainer awoke to find his umbreon sleeping on his face, and that didn't sit too well with the human. He sat up, causing Ryou to flail and fall into his lap, then glare up at Kazuki with a 'I was comfortable and sleeping' look on his face. Ignoring the look, the bleary-eyed trainer stumbled up and around his massive white ball of fluff that was Basil, and squat down to rummage through his bag.
The large rainbow-striped creature yawned loudly and stretched, threatening to trip anyone who walked past, before getting up and shaking himself off. He stepped over and shoved his nose over Kazuki's shoulder, silver eyes staring at the food-wielding bag. The blue-eyed human sighed and offered the hungry arcanine a large piece of some kind of meat, and the creature gasped in delight before snatching it and running off to flop down and savor it.
Immediately Ryou was at his side, prodding his trainer in the leg for breakfast, too. "Bre," he reminded him, just in case he'd, you know, forgotten that the dark-type liked to eat too. Kazuki rolled his eyes and offered the umbreon a big ham sandwich that he was saving for later. With a broad grin, the white-eyed creature grabbed it in his teeth and made a run for the nearest wagon, curling up underneath it to devour his treat.
Those two fed, the trainer sighed and rummaged around, looking for something for himself, finally settling on a sandwich similar to Ryou's. He hoped the dark-type didn't mind the short human to snack on his ham sandwiches.

Laughing, he gladly gave the little vulpix the affection she wanted.
"Yeah. She went down hard last night. It had been a long day yesterday. I didn't want to wake her."

"Yeah yeah," He murmured in response, no bite to his words. Too tired to deal with bashing his face in. Truth be told, he wasn't sure he wanted to any more -- after walking all night, you tend to get over things a lot quicker, especially if you're walking alone. All that Ridley had managed to hurt was his pride... which was easily recovered. "Better not leave me here, or I really will throw you off a cliff," he responded after a moment, giving Ridley another sulky look, making a face when the Tauros rested on his legs.
"And now my legs are going to go to sleep. Stupid Tauros is just like you Ridley... too worried about me for it's own good."

She tossed him an orange, remembering him eating one the other day. Perhaps that was what he was looking for? "Is she all right?" T.C asked worriedly.

Ridley leaned against Soulcrusher, giving Liam a look. "Of course I wouldn't leave you here. But you'd better watch your back. And don't be mean to Soulcrusher, he didn't do anything," the Rocket scratched the Pokemon's flank.

Catching it, he grinned. "Thanks!"
"Oh yeah. She's fine. Just catching up on some much needed sleep." he told her.

"Why should I watch my back? Because of you?" Liam shot back a bit spitefully, stroking the Tauros' head. Something about that comment made Liam want to punch him. Maybe this friendship wouldn't last very long. It certainly wouldn't the way things seemed to be going recently.
Shifting as much as he could with Soulcrusher on his legs, Liam turned his back on him, using his jacket as a pillow. His irritation was coming back... probably not the best idea. He should just sleep it off.
Should.

"I was teasing you, Liam. Oh, what, it's only funny when YOU do it?" Ridley grinned, giving Soulcrusher one more stroke and then going to get some breakfast. "Well, I'll be eating while you sulk for a while. Sleep well," he snickered.

"I'm usually up early. Being a police officer means that you can't sleep until afternoon or something." Piney realized that maybe Riza didn't notice that she was an officer until she said so. She wasn't wearing her uniform after all.
"But lately because of all the excitement and stuff, I have to go to sleep and wake up later on this trip. Yesterday was an exception for some odd reason..."
She didn't know how she went to sleep earlier last night, with the Gastly attack, the missing wagon, and the fuss with the scientist. Oh gawd the Gastlies. She shuddered at the thought of those ghost Pokemon wandering around the camp this very instant.

Lock looked highly mad as he put a bag of ice on his head as he just rested inside a wagon. The sleeping drugs had done a number on him, he had always had had a bad reaction to them. Letting out a hiss, he rested hsi head back, thinking of exactly who to kill for this.
Faraon, on the other hand, looked perfectly fine as he paced around in the wagon. Bored out of his petty little mind.

"You obviously don't have much practice," he replied stiffly, flushing at the tease. For some reason Ridley's snicker only made him flush further, his face setting into a pout. Tilting his head towards Ridley as the rocket started to walk away, Liam sat up a bit, calling after him. "Next time say it right!"

PossiBly the MOS+ unmotivated [{traINer}]....
Tummy grumbles. “Grahhh…hold that thought!” She murmured, holding up a hand at Leta in a way to say ‘stop talking’, while her splinted right hand clutched at her stomach. She needed sustenance. “I’ll be riiight back okay? I’ma get us both some breakfast!” As she spoke another ominous growl emitted from the girl’s tummy, one that sprung her up and propelled her toward the wagon’s end. Walking towards the place she’d last left her boiling pot, the girl’s mind began to clear with the fresh air, compared to the stale air of the wagons. It was then she began to recount her dreams from last night…they were so real. And as if she wasn’t confused enough, these new developments only threw the girl into an even larger spiral of uncertainty. Now she didn’t know what to believe. What was strange was that this dream centered around Lamen, in over-the-shoulder perspective. But how would Effie know these actions? She wasn’t even there with her. Maybe it was a sign… The girl stopped in mid-step, feeling a cold chill run up her spine; could a higher authority be showing her the light? Her karma was already out of wake…her wounded hand was symbol of that. But maybe she should reconsider… Biting her lower lip in thought the teen stared down at her tweedlying fingers. She didn’t know what to think, and as badly as she wanted to talk to someone…she knew she couldn’t. ....bUt everyone has A .::passion::. , she might find herZ.
