Donny nodded slightly "Good choice, but how about the arms or the back, leg submissions can be effective to keep high flyers grounded, but it wont effect heavyweights to much"

Integra blushed lightly. "Do you think we could do this later? I just had a small training session with Orton and I have lernt that I know absolutely nothing as to why other divas would wrestle in skirts." She stated, flattening her skirt out a bit.

Donny looked down at his modified kilt then back at Integra with a grin "Your choice lass, you could get wardrobe to design one that doesnt lift up" he gave his kilt a tug upwards, but it didnt budge.
