*has been tackled by StarDrifter*
The "Middle East" usually refers to the area from Greece to India including some of North Africa. My favorite is Persian cuisine. Tah deeg, sabzi pollo, dolmah barg eraz, fasenjan, badenjan, kookoo, salad olivia, and so many other delicious dishes.

Like I said, it isn't easy changing Farsi to western letters.
Koolosht is a yogurt (or sour cream) sauce with cucumbers, dill, and parsley. It is scrumptious! mrgreen

*pets Tana* <3
Yeah, Thailand is south of China, near Vietnam and Cambodia.
I've never heard of any of that, Yoder, but I'd certainly be willing to try it. :9
You know what sounds good right now? Couscous. <3

My absolute favorite is dolmah barg eraz: grape leaves stuffed with sabzi pollo (herb rice) and marinated in pomegranate juice.
EDIT: Yes, couscous(sp?) does sound good. *craves*

Rawr!What really sounds good is a good nights sleep, but I loathe sleeping all by my lonesome. Especially after drinking a decent amount.>_>;;
I think I'll go grab some coffee, hopefully it'll keep me awake (doubtful).

At six o'clock in the morning, Tana? Why don't you just sleep?

Because my (can't believe I'm saying this) biological clock wont let me. Sleep time is after lunch time.
