according to my boss, it was delicious, but i'm not so much of a hummus fan.
i put in twice the amount of lemon juice it called for, so maybe that's something.....

Well, I dun't know much about food from other cultures. D; I do know quite a bit about Romanian food, though: Miche (a tiny sausage-like meat), şniţel, sarmale (cabbage rolls - yum! <3), and these amazing breakfast wieners that my grandparents usually made us, but I forget how to spell it. D; There are more, but I can't remember them. ^_^; Though my mom, who often cooks casseroles, cabbage rolls, soups and such, she says Romanians like lots of sauce with their food, almost so that it's a soup - but it's not. XD

i've been awakened to the ideas of new foods lately. we make a lot of odd salads where i work (a hippie/world deli).
so far, i've made curry turkey salad, greek tofu salad, dill potato salad, hummus, black olive tompanade, and chocolate chip cookies.

I do think we have let Ferny and Kitten control us for too long.
