Edit: Meave, you just want to change the base to an actual pink color, correct? *tries remembering post, doesn't skim pages* In PSP, there is a change target tool, if you just have a bald base, you can do it pretty easy in there :3 you'll just need to copy and paste the eyes on, because they'll turn pink as well.

Now...pinkish/purplish base :O
Total time: 30 seconds
I'm not sure if you have psp or not, but the change the target tool is under the side arrow under lighten/darker. All you do is pick the color you want than just draw over the picture in that color. Automatically changes it to a shade of that color :3
