Kenji Korisake riotb0y ok the fire was a regular fire cause by alchol no chakra involved so a normal strong gust of wind should blow it out or "Cancel out" They both decimate which is what i was saying and i know you cant blow out amaratsu but you kinda just restated what i said just much neater and adding the oil part xD Then why did I use said hand seal? it was my bad I didn't explain it well enough, trust me it won't happen again You said you snapped your fingers o.O that is not a handseal xD

the snapping the fingers activates frishin witch makes spawks witch start fire with wind blowing at it it will grow and consume the area i should know my rpc almost died that way right kenji

To your edit the size was never described and i prodcued like a big fan so there was more wind than fire But how do you produce a gust with a big fan without making use of chakra? And yes, so we can all see clearly. LOL. Anyway, I suggest that you just let it slide now and observe critical writing later, you know, so neither of you gets pissed off or anything. Xd.

Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique)
Description: Basic to all Katon users is the ability to set thing things on fire, obviously. This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish. A simple cinder and no more, this jutsu is used mostly in pranks and the like.
So it ignites a spark which when introduced into an area that was filled with a flammable material, aka the Alcohol that I made sure to soak into the area it would cause a fire lol

I say Kenji's attack may be blown off by wind. D-rank against tendril threading. It's a jutsu, yes, but considering that the only THING that this jutsu does is create a spark, well, it doesn't really stand out that much against a gust.
Technically, what the D-rank katon jutsu makes is a spark, not a fire. The fire is produced/propagated by oil/alcohol, and so, it's normal fire that is produced. May we burry the topic now?
