Kenji Korisake Geez Riot is killing the moment by saying he can put out a FOREST FIRE with his stupid tendrills and even then the ANBU would have drowned him, and being of Gennin speed there is no way he could evade it easily like that. If he wants to stop RPing just because of a minor technicality, then I'm going to make a fire that can't get put out.

I'm working on an unbiased opinion already, but that isn't the only reason I can go back and edit I just want an unbiased person to decide, and Oath unfortunately your not due to you joining sound

Oath i did not say i can put out all fires he never described how big the fire was and yes those small details matter a forest forest fire is not created in two second it takes time to develop and to burn the trees down. Yes fire uses oxygen to burn but if there is more oxygen that fire it chokes the fire and puts it out... Oath you got to pay more attention in school
