She laughed lightly, giving a smug expression. "Pht...I'm sure you would."

As soon as he pushed off, she basically caught on, doing the same. Her wings flared out before rushing downward to send her flying up into the atmosphere. Only a few more times did she need to flail them in order to get speed and altitude, and after that point it was smooth sailing.

"Ah, so you do know how to fly? I wonder what else you can do." She smiled kindly. He was already on her good side. She found nothing suspicious about him and had no reason to fear him to begin with.

"Alot. Course, there are somthings that I wouldn't be able to show you. Those have to remain under covers..."

Verge smirked and gave a slight chuckle. He floated gently in the air. He looked eastward. He could see Enid from where he was and started for it at a pretty even pace. Not fast, not slow but moderately fast, though they were covering a much greater distance do to flying. Verge found it much harder to smoke and fly at the same time. He was finally forced to drop his smoke. He grumbled and muttered curses as he did.

"Ah, god damn it...another perfect smoke wasted...I'll just have to get more when we get to town..."

Silvia glanced over to verge and snickered, smiling slightly. "Tough luck, eh?" She looked back in font of her to see Enid. It was almost right under them by the time she eyed it for a moment. She was growing bored of small talk and she truly didn't want to wait any longer to be there. Another thing she hated was the fact she always had to make conversation with a person before she even considered taking a go at them. It would be a while before she got a bite in and it made her flustered. She decided this time she would need to make things a bit shorter. Why would she even waste her time talking to a person if they were going to end up dead? She had no answer to her own question...

(Sorry I kinda left you hanging for awhile Rave... sweatdrop I've been busy with alot've stuff lately so, not much time to RP. crying )

"For you maybe..."

Verge shrugged and smirked. Enid was now right below them. He continued eastward. It wasn't for another few minutes before he saw the town. Verge's smirk widened into a wicked grin. Feeding time. His mouth was watering with delight as the pair came closer to the small village. And small it was. It didn't even have a guarded rampart around it. Verge headed down and landed on the soft grass just outside of town. He didn't look behind him to see if Silvia followed. He was hungry and all that filled him now was the blood lust. His eyes turned into a slight shade of scarlet as licked his fangs.

"Like lambs to the slaughter...."

Silvia was soon grounded, slowly taking step onto the earth as her wings folded down onto her shoulder blades. Soon after she had landed, she glanced over to Verge, eyeing him as she raised a delicate brow. "...You're certainly more...'Violent?... than I expected." She snickered, her large wings melting down into her back as they soon disappeared from sight. She had noticed it had become much windier than before; a few silver strands of her hair slipping down into her view; not bothered enough to move them as they brushed her cheeks. She fallowed behind verge not far away, glancing to her surroundings. It wasn?t very busy in the area yet... but a few people did travel past them.

((Its alright love.. I as busy too. sweatdrop ))

"Heh...Silvia, there's probably somthing you should know..."

Verge brushed the tails of his coat back as he stepped forward and unsheathed Fury. The sword glimmered in the light of the sun. Verge smirked and twirled the blade expertly between his hand and fingers, switching off between his right and left hands. He stopped and held the blade in his right. He leaned the sword against his shoulder and brushed his hair back. He smirked again and looked back at Silvia.

"Violence is what I am..."

Suddenly, Verge turned around again and threw Fury at the closest person. It was a young man, not over the age of 20, who unexpectantly turned right into the sword that thudded deep into his chest and made him fall back atleast 3 feet. The man coughed up some blood before death overtook him and he closed his eyes forever. Verge snickered and turned back towards Silvia.

"..And it's most definitely what I live for."

Verge turned back around towards Fury and the dead body. Two other men had come to see what had happened. Verge smirked and raced towards them. One of them looked up just in time to see Verge side kick him in the face and send him sprawling about 6 feet away. His friend looked up and saw Verge. He realized what had happened and threw a punch but over stepped. Verge smirked and in grabbed his hand then with a swift upward movement with his forearm, he struck the man's elbow and broke it. The man let out a yelp of pain but Verge had moved on and kicked him in the back of the knee. The man yelled out in pain again as his legs buckled beneath him and he fell to his knees. Verge moved behind him and placed a hand under his chin and another on the back of his head. With one swift jerk a loud crack was heard as the man fell forward, dead. His neck had been snapped. He turned back to Silvia and winked.

"Feel free to join in whenever you like."

Verge smirked and moved over to the man who he had knocked to the side earlier. He grabbed him by the leg and the back of his shirt. He picked him up and held him over his head. The man had suddenly awoke and shook his head trying to understand what was going on. Unfortuantely he was alittle late because Verge brought him down on his knee with such strength and speed that his back was broken. The man slumped forward dead. Verge turned and smiled wickedly at what he saw. Other people had witnessed what had gone on and were all now either fleeing in pain or coming to join in the fight. Verge walked forward and drew Fury, now blood stained, out of the dead body. He licked the flat of the blade and stood there waiting for his victims to get close.

"If you feel like you have a chance of survival, then by all means step up. I'll be here all day. Or until I kill you all."

Silvia watched him blankly, taking in all that he had done. She had become slightly slack-jawed; not expecting such an inhuman act from him. Though her stomach did churn slightly at the sight of such a small massacre... it wasn't like she hadn't seen such a thing before. He was very straight forward and swift to kill so many people, realizing her way of doing things was more round-about and not as conspicuous.

A hesitant smirk spread across her lips as she eyed the town in front of her, glancing to Verge as she walked over a few of the dead bodies; her thick leather soles digging into the back of one of the fallen as she stepped over him.

"I understand... I think." She chuckled, looking down below her feet as she made her way past the miniature bloodbath; slightly disgusted with all the waste. As she neared a more heavily populated area... a few people were already making their way to verges position. Silvia let out a light snicker as she eyed one of the people who had ran away; they were apparently a fear stricken coward.

As she eyed a few of the people, some stranger had plowed right into her shoulder; knocking her vaguely off balance. She turned as the man walked on, curling her hands down upon his shoulders; her claws cutting through the humans thick cloak into his flesh before she pulled him back. The man stumbled and fell backwards over his own feet as Silvia released him, stepping out of his way as he tumbled onto the open road. As the man started to push himself up, salvia made her way over; stamping the heal of her boot onto his throat causing him to gag. He grabbed her ankle as she twisted it; his eyes growing with anger as a wicked sneer twisted upon salvias lips. The man writhed slightly; though in strength probably more powerful than her... his wit of getting away was pitiful. Silvia crouched down; grabbing the mans face as her claws dug into his skin; her fingertips now dappled in a crimson color as she let out a slow sigh. "Watch where your going love-... you might bump into the wrong person." She cooed, her voice spoken in a cold manner.

The mans eyes soon bulged; his lips turning violet in color. Her hand was like frost to his skin; growing ever so colder as numbness took over the mans body. His fingers curled as they released salvias boot; dropping to the dirt with a hallow thud as a horrid gasp dragged raggedly through his miss-colored lips. A few silver strands of hair fell into Silvias eyes like a death shroud as she watched every sweet moment of the strangers defeat. His vanes were now visible; turning blue in color and soon black. Every thing about the once lively person had become stiff and frozen; his flesh now as pale as the first snow on a new winters day.

As people noticed Silvia and her actions, many of them backed away; wide eyed and scared to death. Others stood their ground with angry faces; unsure to go near but too proud to run.

Silvia soon stood from her crouching position, rubbing her wrist slightly as she gazed around her. She let out a slight snicker; her breath turning to frozen vapor in the air. The only thing she disliked about her attacks was that she became as cold as ice when she did such things that took such temperatures. To touch her was like touching lady frost herself. Though usual temperatures like that would kill any human, she was use to such a numb feeling and her body had adapted to it as she aged. It was a natural power to her like many others she had.

Ruby eyes glitter in the shadows of an alleyway, hatred swirls and hazes in them. Ceres was fuming, mostly from the fact that she wouldn't be joining in the killing. Also, the woman hadn't eaten in four days. She didn't eat humans, so her food was scarce in this area. She had a reason to be here, besides being horribly bored with Hathus. She had been ordered by Dom to take notes on all the warriors in the area. She was to watch their battles and memorize their popular attack patterns. Finally if any weapons were to be left in the area she would be taking that with her. Lastly if the warriors caused her any trouble or she felt they weren't up to Dom's protocol she could kill them. She would have to check on BC soon after this. Ceres leers and sits back coiling her black cross between her fingers.

Verge quirked a brow at Silvia. She was intresting. A bit slow, but intresting in her kill. Verge could tell she too reveled in the kill though not like he did. He stopped musing as soon as he saw a man with a sword charge him. He swung in a wide downward arc which Verge easily side stepped. He placed the bloody Fury to his throat and slit it cleanly. Flecks of blood and froth from the man fell onto Fury which Verge smirked at. Before the man could fall forward; however, Verge tore into his throat and drank voraciously from the man. Just as he did his friend who also had a sword made a stab at Verge. Verge saw it and smirked as he removed himself from the man's neck. He spun around and jumped back slightly as the man whom he had been feeding on was stabbed in the chest. He spasmed for a second before dieing. His friend saw he had made a terrible mistake though was too slow to remove the sword as Verge had gotten behind him and already stabbed him through the gut and ran him all the way together with his friend. The two fell forward, both blades run through them.

"Ouch..."

Verge turned back to the small crowd of people again. Some were just horrified and began fleeing. Others were outraged but were to frightened to get close. Suddenly a man charged. Then 3 others followed. Verge smirked. As the first man came in close, Verge kicked him in the stomach. The man keeled over clutching his gut, breathing hard. Verge kneed him in the face. He fell on his back and Verge grabbed him by the leg. He hauled him up then kicked him in the side of the face. Verge let go as he did and when he did the man flipped side ways and landed sideways on his neck. A loud snap was heard and the man's body went limp. The others were now to close to get away. Verge leaped up and grabbed a man by the neck. The man was tall enough that Verge's head didn't even touch the ground. Verge's head was inbetween the man's legs. He was also close to the other two men's feet. He grabbed their ankle's and threw their feet out from under them. The two fell on to their backs. The man who's neck was inbetween Verge's legs was swinging Verge back and forth trying to throw him off. Verge smirked and planted his hands into the ground. Then with tremendous force, he rolled back and brought the man down with him. The man's skull was crushed as Verge got to his feet. He walked over to the two men who were lying flat on their backs looking up at Verge terrified.

"Heh, your turn boys." twisted

Verge smirked and bent down, and picked the two up by their faces. Verge had his hands wrapped around their mouths so it prevented them from screaming. Verge smirked again and winked at them both. Suddenly, his entire body burst into flames. The two mens' eyes grew wide in terror and pain. They screamed out in pain though it was muffled do to Verge's vice grip around their mouths. He just kept smirking. It wasn't long at all until their skin began to burn. Verge inhaled the putrid smell of burned flesh like it was a daisy and just continued burning. The two men tried desperately to break away from Verge. They grasped his arm with flaming arms and kicked the air frantically. He just chuckled and winked at them again.

"Let me ease your pain."

With a burst of energy Verge's flames flared up. The two men gave one final scream apiece as they burst into ashes. Verge smirked and lowered his hands, the flames disappating from his body. He wiped his hands of ashes and looked around. Several people who had been watching were either frozen with fear or so terrified that they had begun to flee. Verge gave another wicked grin and began towards the people frozen in place.

"Who wants to be next?"

*Ceres glides into her normal jaded look. God... this was boring. Normally a good massacre would perk Ceres up. The only difference today is that this isn't her bloodbath, so naturally she would find watching it utterly sleep inducing. Putting on a heavy pout she turns away from the battle. On some strange turn of fate, a man runs down her alley, dashing away from the carnage in the streets. He stops and begins panting for breath. Ceres cocks an eyebrow, now this could be interesting. The disheveled man glances over to her and looks her over. Ceres rolls her eyes, typical disgusting human behavior. She puts on a wicked smile and opens her lips as if to speak. In a split second smoldering hot fire shoots from her throat and strikes the man in the eye. The man screams and runs blindly around the alley crashing and cursing all the way. Ceres calmly regards her nails and smirks.* Next time, try to remember where my face is. Oh and that should burn its way into your brain right about now. *The man screams and drops dead. His body twitches and blood pools around him.*

(( XD Nicely done kai!! wo0t!))

Silvia now had company. Two people had trotted her way; one armed with a large sword and the other only with a small dagger. One of them had surprisingly snuck from behind; striking down with great force in a diagonal arch. Silvia had heard the man from behind and swiftly turned about; projecting her arm out to his face as five or six sharp spines burst from her palm. The spines were polished and sleek, like glass, and were also clear in color and rigid. Each were like spears; still attached to her palm as they cracked through the back side of the mans skull with a sickening pop. He hardly had time to let out a harsh shriek of pain as they punctured his ugly mug.

Silvia cackled as the spines seeped back into her palm leaving a few small dapples of blood on her hand. She turned towards the other man that was now to her side; frozen in fear as he held the dagger at his side.
Silvia took her time; licking her palm with a malicious gaze as she slowly made her way over to him. The man glared; racing towards her as he jabbed at her a few times. Silvia evaded each attack by simply moving back and sideways in an almost unnatural speed. The man made one last attempt as Silvia grabbed his wrist; placing her hand on the back of his elbow as she jerked it back, causing his arm to snap. She had broken the bone and the man had now dropped his dagger; buckling over in pain before Silvia gripped the mans hair and pulled him near.

He went to swing at her with his uninjured arm; but Silvia had caught his fist.
Silvia was unable to control a slight smirk that spread across her heavily fang guarded lips. His throat throbbed with life near her mouth as her thin figures pulled him close. He had fought it briefly, but it was no good: he was too near, too inviting. "Ey love... this might not hurt as much as that arm of yours if you stay still..." She whispered, sinking her lustrous fangs into his jugular with a sickening pop. It was so swift and sharp it would surly be felt. Though at first it would most defiantly sting, it became slightly numb... like a spiders bite; like a moth trapped in the enchanting glow of a street lamp that would surly lead to its death; Compensation for the prey of such a delicate predator.

After a moment of nearly draining the man dry, she dropped him. He was as limp and as lifeless as a doorknob. Silvia wiped her arm across her mouth, looking around to those who were still staring. She was still not as satisfied as she could be... but was now much better. She even looked livelier now that she had some energy. She dropped her arm as her tongue ran along her lips; looking back to Verge as he continued to kill more than enough people needed. Silvia let out a soft laugh. "Oh come on Verge-... do you truly need to create such a prospect? Don't be a show off..." she sneered, giving him the same sly wink he had given her.
PostPosted: Wed Jun 22, 2005 7:07 pm

"Actually...Yes. I do. I find, 'love', that a good massacre every now and then is really good for the 'soul.'"

Verge smirked. His last comment was just dripping with sarcasm. Verge closed his eyes and sniffed the air. The smell of death and fear was thick. Infact, the entire city was rank with it. It was intoxicating. If Verge wasn't already dead, he would've died again out've sheer pleasure. He opened his eyes again and walked slowly almost gracefully to a small group of women huddled in the corner of a porch. They were absolutlely terrified of both Verge and Silvia and didn't have anywhere to run. Verge made his way over to them and licked his fangs tauntingly. A young girl, not older then 11, shivered in fear. She was the most horrified and scared of all. She would do just fine. Verge stepped up onto the porch of what appeared to be a brothel. These women, including the girl, must've been whores. Verge was suddenly intrigued. He strolled over to them. Each huddled up against the corner, all trying to shrink inorder to seem like they were smaller and unnoticiable. Unfortunately all it did was make them look like an all you can eat buffet for Verge and Silvia. Verge bent down infront of the girl who was standing out in front and was clutching the unshaven leg of a woman beside her. He held out his arms as if to embrace her.

"C'mere...I'm going to take you away from here...I'm going to take you to a place where no bad men can touch you again...you'd like that wouldn't you?"

The woman who the girl was attatched do tried to shield her slightly by moving to the side and almost blocked her from view. With a swift glare from Verge and a snarl; however, she backed off and the girl looked even more frightened then ever. Verge sniffed the air and smelt the stiff smell of urine. One of them had pissed themselves. Verge gave into a fit of silent chuckles. It had been the woman he glared at. Verge softened his face some and tried to make his eyes as believeable as possible. The girl was timid though somthing charming about Verge made her let go of the woman. The woman almost made to grab the girl again though she stopped because she rememebred Verge's glare. She knew if she touched the girl, her death would be next. The girl on the other hand, not knowing any better, took Verge's hand and was immediately brought into his embrace. The girl had placed her arms around Verge's neck and rested her head on his shoulder. He stood up and it looked almost like a father hugging a daughter. Verge smirked and watched the women. They were so afraid that the smell of piss was now an even thicker scent in the air then before. He held the girl close and ran his hand through her hair in an almost loving way.

"Whats going to happen next may hurt...but if you don't struggle it'll be over quickly...

With that, Verge sank his fangs into the girl's neck. She cried out in pain and squirmed slightly. Tears streamed down her face but she was powerless to do anything. Verge inhaled deeply as he was draining the girl. The smell of innoccence and purity filled his nostrils. Because thats what she was. So innocent. So pure. And so easy. It wasn't long before the girl was cold and lifeless in Verge's arms. He brought himself away from her neck and lowered the body, laying it out on the floor of the porch. He stared down into the lifeless eyes and rubbed the fading warmth from the cheeks. He slowly closed the eyes of the girl before looking up at the mass huddle of women who were utterly disgusted and horrified. Verge gave them a wicked smile and licked the blood from his lips. Slowly he got to his feet and just watched them for a moment.

"Mmm, she was good. One of the best I've had in a long time. So innocent and sweet....I'm curious. I wonder if any of you are the same way? I doubt it...though it won't hurt to find out...Well...It won't hurt me anyway."

Verge smirked and let out a loud, icy cold cackle. He stopped after a few seconds and looked at his terrified prey. In the next instant, before anyone could even blink, Verge was upon them. He tore into a woman's throat and began to drink voraciously. Blood spilled left and right and chaos ensued. It was paradise.

Silvia at that point had become completely disgusted. That girl had only been 11 and she could remember when she was almost as young and was in that same girl?s horrid position. It was sickening to know those poor woman had such a disturbing life style and an even more disturbing death. She truly felt for them, but she would not lift a hand to stop Verge. She knew better than that. He apparently had the upper hand with his pyromaniac behavior and powers... but it did not mean she wouldn't approach and ask him to stop. She looked away half way throught his little butchery, towards the three she had killed. She scoffed slightly then stepped over the man towards Verge, looking at him with a stern expression "Verge She sighed, crossing her arms behind her back as the girl cocked her hips. "They are dead already... a lot of people are. Are you not satisfied...?" She inquired softly, making it obvious she truly wanted to leave the town to allow them to live on their simple lives. Plus, killing them all now would leave her without an adequate place to feed...

"Should I be? Let me tell you a little story....a long time ago, I died....I was sent to hell, tortured for what seemed to be an eternity, and unmourned...These people are lucky. They have someone to mourn them....There is an uncontrollable thirst for bloodshed inside me that is insatiable. Never will it be satisfied. And never will I...."

Verge stood over the bodies of the whores who's life he had just drained. There was no smirk or wicked gleam in his eyes. His face was rather blank actually. No remorse, no sadness but definitely no desire to kill could be seen. Though, that was because Verge was repressing his emotions and therefore was like a statue. Unfeeling and uncaring about the massacre, or Silvia's feelings on the matter. It was Verge who had decided his thirst would have to be quenched for the moment. He moved past Silvia and stepped off the porch. He stopped and didn't turn to look back at her.

"Inside me there is a beast....A beast who's cage is very small giving him very little room to move...Until his needs for stretching his legs have been met for the moment, only then can he allow me to put him back in....I was originally going to kill you while we were here....However, after those women, it was him who decided against it....rarely will I or him for that matter, show any emotion remotely related to mercy....My opinion? Leave me be, and never look me up again. Do that, and it won't be me who spills your blood."

Verge continued on. He walked by the two dead corpses of the men with the two swords running through them. Verge ripped Fury from the two dead bodies and sheathed the blade on his back. He continued walking when blue flames erupted around his body. As he stepped, he began to burn away into ashes. When it reached his head, his entire body blew away in the wind.
